Pros: overall competence, superb reliability Cons: Plain Jane
We were looking for an economical and reliable sedan to replace our loveable (but extremely thirsty) Ford Bronco. Having owned several Honda products (motorcycles) and based on their excellent reputation, we decided we would look at the Accord. ...

Pros: Great handling Cons: none
Our first Honda...why did we wait so long? We bought our Honda Accord EX Sedan, black with leather interior, in June of 1999, and I can't remember what it was like without it. I should've known. My brother has bought an Accord twice, several people at...

Pros: Style and sporty driving, dependability Cons: NONE
This is my second Honda Accord Ex, and I will never, ever, go back to an American car. I will continue to buy Honda, as will my family. My son is a convert, owning 2 Civics. The car is dependable enough for a single woman, runs forever, and looks...

Pros: Overall excellent car Cons: It's not mine
My father has owned two Honda Accords now, and ever since I put my hands on the leather wrapped steering wheel, I have been finding ways to borrow this car. "I need a bigger car," I tell him and smile sweetly while the keys drop into my hand....

Pros: reliable, good mileage, spacious Cons: none
I owned this car for exactly one year. It turned out to be the best car I've ever owned and one of the best I've driven. I leased a four door sedan, EX. It was spacious, comfortable, very reliable and great looking. While I wouldn't consider this car...

Pros: very roomy, eye friendly Cons: expensive to replace broken or damaged electronics
I have worked a lot of different processes making the Hondas. From the transmissions to my current job of making fuel tanks and frames. They are a very well built car! We have had a new Honda since about the year 1985. I learned to drive in a brand new...

Pros: It will run forever Cons: Is there one?
The 1999 Honda Accord has got to be the most economical and reliable car in all vehicle history. I have had many Accords and I have never had a single problem with any of them. My whole adventure started when i was just 16 years old. My parents who...

Pros: Nice looking car. Cons: Junk tranny, doesn't live up to Honda's rep., BO-RING, lacks HP. The Bottom Line: Avoid it like smallpox, too many problems!!! If you want a Honda, buy a Civic, 5-speed.
Just traded this car in on a new truck and I couldn't be happier. Tranny blew @ 79k miles average driving. Although Honda did eat a portion of the bill($6000-no joke), no reason to have to put a transmission in a HONDA of all things with under 100k....

Pros: Handling, Gas milage Cons: Weird color choices.
My father had been arguing with me for about 4 months saying that he was going to get a new car. The next day he came home with a nice new Honda Accord. 5 speed manual. I would have to agree on his purchase. The 1999 Accrod's have a nice look to them,...

As my parents drove up with our new 1999 Honda Accord V6 engine i was in shock of how great this car was. It looked so good with its Silver color and its wheels shining like a mirror with a reflection. Once I went into the car it felt so luxurious like...

Pros: power, appearance, reliability, durability, comfort, features Cons: very airtight: fogs when cold unless on fresh air instead of recycled air
The new Honda Accord is an exceptional car. My girlfriend had a 1987 model that was put to rest with 150,000 miles on it. It was reliable, dependable, and durable. The only service it needed was new brakes. When she needed to buy a new car, the only car...

I bought a 1999 Honda Accord Coupe over a year ago. I looked at so many cars but after test driving the Accord I fell in love. It is such a smooth ride and has a sporty look to it. The best part is that for insurance purposes it is not rated as a...

Pros: Did someone say reliable...? Cons: Small pass-through hatch between trunk and back seats.
Every review you'll ever read about the Honda Accord will tell you how great it is. Having bought a 99 model in late '98 I couldn't agree more.
It has one lousy design feature, though: fold down the back seats and that hatch between the...

Pros: decent mileage, looks, price Cons: never comfortable and feels inexpensive
We bought this vehicle because we had heard of Accord's reliability and we think the Accord is attractive and affordable. BUT, we previously owned a LEXUS Coupe, and let me tell you, there is no comparison.
The Accord, I am sorry to say is...
