Pros: Size does matter (sometimes), comfy on long drives, is fun to drive Cons: Once a ford, always a ford - service is horrible, cost The Bottom Line: Are there better SUV's out there? Most likely, but this fits the bill nicely for some. If service were better, I'd recommend it, but for now, I wouldn't buy another.
First off, I have a 1999 Lincoln Navigator with 70 thousand miles on it. 55 thousand of those miles are my miles as it was bought used (I am one of those kinds who firmly believes in buying used). I am also single, mid 20s and live downtown in Ba ...

Pros: Extremely comfortable, quiet, and secure ride. Excellent creature comfort features, ie: air conditioning, stereo, seat positioning, passenger room, power amenties (windows, door locks, moonroof, rear vent windows, etc.) Commanding view of the road due to v Cons: I have to say gas mileage. But, having said that, one doesn't normally buy a Lincoln if they're looking for a vehicle with great gas mileage. Overall vehicle size takes some getting used to, but not a ral problem if you maintain your sense of it.
Strengths: Extremely comfortable, quiet, and secure ride. Excellent creature comfort features, ie: air conditioning, stereo, seat positioning, passenger room, power amenties (windows, door locks, moonroof, rear vent windows, etc.) Commanding view...
