Pros: smooth ride with better-than average handling Cons: some detailing chintzy, undecipherable climate controls
I don't drive big cars, unless the rental agency upgrades me 'cause they don't have anything left in the size I reserved. I feel like those behemoth tanks (take that, Suburban and Excursion drivers!) are a waste of resources, particularly when I know...

Pros: Reliable, solid, comfortable, great gas mileage Cons: I haven't found any yet The Bottom Line: This is a comfortable, economical, family sedan
We purchased our 2000 Buick LeSabre Custom in early 2004 and it had 70,000 miles on it. I typically do not purchase cars that old, but this was such an awesome deal ($7500) that I could not pass it up. This is my second Buick LeSabre, I traded my 1989 ...

Pros: Features, Comfort, Value, Reliability, Styling Cons: Less roomy in the back than the '97 LeSabre
A spacious full-size American sedan that's comfortable, powerful, drives well, and is a great value. That's how I'd summarize the 2000 Buick LeSabre in one sentence. This is really my dad's car, but I've driven it very often. The main gripe I have...

Pros: Roomy and reliable; Lots of features and leg space; A strong vehicle that gives you peace of mind on the road! Cons: Kind of look bulky!; can consume gas
After my wife's 2000 Toyota Corolla was involved in a very serious side collision, I wanted her to be in a strong, kind of muscled car. Thanks to our diligence and efforts with the insurance company, I managed to get her and my kids into a 2001 Buick...

Pros: Ride Quality/Comfort, Number of Features, Reliability Cons: Old man stigma associated with it, cup holders don't hold a plastic soda bottle. The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this car to anyone who is looking for a very reliable full sized car. You get a lot of features for a very reasonable cost.
I'll admit it, I'm 21 and I own a Buick LeSabre. I'll pause for the "old man car" jokes to die down. My response to the people who say that is, so what, old people have nice things! I bought this car as a replacement for my 1996 Chrysler Cirrus about ...

Pros: Comfortable, smooth ride Cons: Console takes too much space on drivers side. The Bottom Line: Good gas mileage, very comfortable ride, good performance, and the extra features have made the car passenger friendly. I would recommend it highly.
We have owned three Buicks prior to purchasing the 2000 Buick LeSabre Limited. We have virtually had no problems with any of the previous Buicks, so this plus the fact that we have enjoyed the other cars, was a big factor in buying another Buick.

Pros: Comfort, roominess, economy, safety Cons: Not a sports car, doesn't handle like one
With a rather tired 12 year old Jeep Cherokee in the driveway and a cross country trip for a family reunion looming it was definitely time to get a new ride. The wife and I looked at and drove all the cars we could find in this passenger car category...

Pros: More for the money, family car, classy car Cons: those silly daytime headlights stay on
I'm so excited, after two Buick LeSabre's I can't get enough of this very classy car. I can't believe we had the old one as long as we did. It was a 92 and now I am into the 2000. But this time we got the touring package. I like this car so much...

Last month I purchased a 2000 LESabre Custom Sedan and must say I am very pleased with it as I write this review. The lumbar seat feature is quite comfortable and the power seat functions very well. This is the first car I have bought with a side air bag...

Pros: roomy, large trunk, decent power Cons: horrible electronics, many problems with power windows The Bottom Line: For short trips, a reasonably comfortable car, just be ready to replace window motors!
I bought this car in 2000, with approximately 12,000 miles, lease return. Initially I was very impressed and have always owned GM cars and trucks. On the plus side, the car has decent power, and I've always been impressed with the 3.8 liter GM V6 and ...

Pros: Very Roomy Cons: Design
At first glance, the new Le Sabre is recognizably a Buick, and easily mistaken for a Park Avenue. It is only slightly smaller than the Park, and has a very similar silhouette with a long, arched passenger cabin and high rear fenders. But the Le Sabre is...

Pros: Comfortable Cons: Large
I recently had the opportunity to test drive the 2000 Buick LeSabre. It is a full sized, 4-door car, much larger than anything I have ever owned.
The drive in the LeSabre is very smooth and quiet. I barely felt the bumps in the road. The...

Pros: Very Comfortable Cons: fender makes it hard to see
The Buick LeSabre is a powerful, wonderfully handling car but I find that it has it's downfalls. The has superb takeoff and a great breaking system. However if you are a short person I find that it would be hard to see over the fenders. As the hood is...

Pros: comfortable Cons: $$$1700.00 to replace upper and lower coolant gaskets @ 46000mi. The Bottom Line: I'll never buy another Buick. In 37000 miles, tires shot, transmission dropped, rotors were turned twice and the coolant intake gasket was shot. Two year old vehicle too many repairs.
I purchased this vehicle brand new for 26 grand . I have already had major transmission problems that the dealer took care of. Recently it started to leak coolant. I took the vehicle to Lane Pontiac of Melbourne and they informed me it would cost...
