Pros: Safe, comfortable, spacious Cons: May have rear window problems
In commercials and in my dreams, I've drooled over the Chevrolet Suburban for years. Who wouldn't, with four active children, the occasional visitor, and boisterous pets to carry here and there? Unfortunately, for many families, including mine, the...

Pros: You can handle the size. Cons: Make sure you need all that seating.
When I first test drove the Chevy Suburban, I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to handle something this size. I decided to buy it anyway because it seats 8 people(excellent for carpooling) and can tow a boat.
Within two hours of driving the...

Pros: Can Haul Anything, Comfort, Easy to Drive Cons: Gas Mileage, No Trip Computer The Bottom Line: This is the king of it's class - big and comfortable. The newest version of this family hauler is light years ahead of the Suburbans of just two years ago.
Don’t you just hate anything that is popular? I do. In fact I have often started to dislike things I previously loved, simply because they were becoming too popular. Stupid, I know. Many people dislike SUVs for the same reason, they are just too...

Pros: There are many pros. to this vehicle. First of all, the totally redesigned exterior. It looks sleeker and has more class than ever before. Also, there have been more features added to both the interior and exterior of this vehicle. The ride is another majo Cons: There are, however, a few cons to this vehicle. One major con is that the gas tank is smaller than the last version of Suburbans. Also, Chevy got rid of all of the little places to put things (i.e. the pencil holders above the visors). Yet another con is t
Chevrolet Suburban has been there ever since 1935 with the introduction of the Chevy Suburban Carryall. This year, Chevrolet came out with the best Suburban yet. We ordered our 2000 Chevy LT K1500 Suburban last winter without even...

I just traded my 1998 GMC Suburban SLT 1500 in on the new 2000 Chevy LT 1500. Right away I noticed a major improvement in the handling characteristics. It handles very much like a car and has a great ride. The 98 GMC was nice but the new premium ride...

Pros: Major improvements in the air conditioning system and the new body style are just some of the things that have been improved upon. Cons: The only con I can think of is the smaller gas tank which makes for more stops at the pump.
When I think of an SUV the first thing that comes to mind is the Chevy Suburban. The qualities that make the Suburban the greatest SUV ever are many, and the cons are few.
Introduced in 1935 the chevy suburban was one of a kind right from...

Pros: Well made, comfortable for the entire family. Pulls easily Cons: Gas mileage is not the greatest The Bottom Line: I recommend buying a used Suburban. Good quality made to last.
I have dreamed of owning a suburban for years. After cramming three car seats into a midsized car with all the gear you need to bring along for children of that age, I longed for a larger vehicle. Add to that watching childrens friends on ...

Pros: SAFE, comfort, gas not as bad as one may think! Cons: Smaller gas tank than previous models, interior not as plush as more expensive models. The Bottom Line: If you're this far in considering one do yourself a favor and drive one for the weekend, sit down, do the math and enjoy the ride of your life.
Revised. 3 years. 38k miles
When you've reached this point you are probably looking to purchase an SUV and trying to determine which size, breed.
