Pros: Sleek Car, Great Sound System Cons: Rear end problems (as usual some major problem)
This is my third time owning a Mustang. I purchased 2000 GT Convertible August 1999, my dream car (this is my third and the other 2 had transmission and BIG engine problems). But I just knew this Mustang was going to be different.

Pros: More power, better handling, tighter structure, same price. Cons: Needs more legroom, sits a hair too high.
Thirty-six years ago Ford introduced a sporty little coupe called the Mustang. It was well-powered, had decent handling (for the time) and looked great. In 1969 the BOSS 302 cemented itself as a performance legend, and received rave reviews for its...

Pros: Lots of features for price Cons: no four wheel independent suspension
Ford did a brilliant job when it created the mustang. It is sleek and powerful. Just driving the car can make anybody feel young again.

Pros: Pretty color Cons: 13 times in the shop the FIRST year!
A few years ago, in 1995, I bought a new Ford Mustang. I wanted to buy an American car. I didn't even think of getting anything else. I was trading in my Ford F-150. I wanted better gas milage, something cute.
The first morning after I bring home...

Pros: Great styling, best American performance for the money, VALUE Cons: Can't think of any!
I'm not exactly an unbiased author; I've owned a corral of late-model performance Mustangs that include a 1991 LX 5.0L, 1993 Mustang COBRA, and a 1998 GT 4.6L (for my wife!). I recently purchased a 2000 Performance Red GT (is there really ANY other...

Pros: Very attractive body styling, fun to drive Cons: base stereo stinks, could use some interior upgrades The Bottom Line: An affordible (If you shop) attractive, and fun car to own.
As the proud new owner of a white 2000 Ford Mustang Coupe base V6 model 5 spd, I am very pleased with my purchase.
Like most teens, when buying a car I was looking for performance, and styling in one cheap and readily available pachage. where else...

Pros: Nice to look at, fun to drive. Cons: An impractical expensive toy.
My father recently fulfilled his dream of owning a sports vehicle. He went out and purchased a brand spanking new blue convertable Mustang. I guess when you reach the age of 71 you can do whatever you please.
When pop's showed up at my...

Pros: Styling, Gas Mileage, GO GO GO!!! Cons: Interior rattles, Parking Brake Recall!
Time had come to get a new car to commute to work in. I have a 1990 Full Size Chevy Blazer (that I should write a review for, because I LOVE it!) anyway, it's got about 230,000 miles on it, so like I said, it was time for something new. Ever since I had...

Pros: It takes corners great, it purrrrs doing 80. And it's a great looking muscle car. Cons: It's very limited on door pockets and storage. Back seat is just for small people. The Bottom Line: I love my Mustang. I was very fortunate to find one with such low miles and taken care of so nicely. Rides and looks great for being 8 years old.
Like I said, it's not new, but it is new to me. I am the Soccer Mom turned Mustang Sally. This was just the ticket for my midlife crisis. I just traded my 2000 Mercury Villager for a 2000 Ford Mustang with half the miles. I am in heaven! I have ...

Pros: Attractive, reliable, great acceleration...you can zoom right past people on the highway Cons: Kind of uncomfortable after driving a few hours, tough to drive in rain/snow The Bottom Line: I'm glad I owned that car. If you want a Mustang, just go for it. It may not be the most practical car ever, but it's fun.
I had a 2000 coupe (none of the extras, just the basic model) that was purchased brand-new for years, and it was an incredibly reliable car. While I watched friends and family have trouble with their more expensive vehicles, mine kept right on running. ...
