Pros: Size, power, fold-down rear seat Cons: Hard shutting trunk and sliding doors
I'll make this short and sweet. I've been driving my Odyssey LX for the past 6 months and 7500 miles, and waited to write this review:
Here is the GOOD: this is one big and powerful van. You won't have any trouble fitting people and stuff in...

Pros: V6 power, Power sliding doors, 3rd row Magic Seat. Cons: Price, have to wait to get.
Honda Odyssey. Great redesign. I like it. I drive a 2000 Integra Type R, and my dad bought this car. He wanted a bigger car, didn't like the SUV's, so he bought an Odyssey. And it's a great car. Or van, should I say?
Smooth... Thats...

Pros: Taken care of, Honda's easily run over 200K miles Cons: Find a reputable Honda technician to perform maintenance, you can't just go anywhere for maintenance. The Bottom Line: Regular oil changes and performing regular maintenance at factory recommended intervals is key.
This is my third Honda, and my first used Honda. I managed to walk onto the dealer's lot after someone had just traded in their 2000 Odyssey LX for a BMW X5. I bought it on the spot. I was about ready to buy a Toyota or Ford because I didn't want to ...

Pros: Great ride, quality and convenience Cons: front and rear difficult to judge when parking
I'm so happy I went with my new Odyssey. Listed in no particular order are some of the features about it.
SEATS - I've heard some complaints about the comfort of the seats but I think they are extremely comfortable. Perhaps the comfort factor...

Pros: Consumer Reports top pick in mini vans Cons: price is kind of expensive w/all options
As Consumer Reports' top pick for a mini van in 2000, the Odyssey is one of the best buys in the market not only for its good reliability, but also because it is at a fair price. At $23,000 you can get the LX model, but I opted for the upgraded EX...

Pros: everything the '99 had and more Cons: waiting list can drive you nuts
Who would have guessed a "mommywagon" could be cool! Decked out with all the "bells and whistles" this mini has major attractions.
Just on looks alone this vehicle stands out among the rest. No longer the boxy styles of...

Pros: Handling, Safety, Size, Seating, Huge Well, Navigation System, Honda Reliability Cons: Cannot haggle on price.
I will be picking up my Honda Odyssey this weekend so I'm writing my review from test driving my Odyssey the day the dealer received it. Many people complain about the long wait, which my dealer told me would be 3 months for the EX, however, I was lucky...

Pros: everything Cons: sales hype and mark ups
I bought this van last month after my 1991 Saturn finally died. I researched Consumer's Reports and the Honda Odyssey was top rated. Being a mom of 2 small children, I was most interested in safety and ergonomics.
The Odyssey is the only van...

Pros: Everything (Just read all of my review) Cons: Payed more than MSRP because it's in demand
The previous minivan that I owned before the Odyssey was a 1987 Dodge Caravan (a complete P.O.S.). Yes, I know...it's a miracle that I kept that thing running for 12 years!! Well, I finally thought that i should spoil myself, so I recently purchased the...

Pros: room, quality, 3rd seat, value Cons: dealers, dark tint, quirky power doors
We live in Northern VA, went to three dealers in our area. The demand for these vans have given the dealers quite an attitude. Stock was so low that the only model we saw was an LX being used as a courtesy service shuttle vehicle. But it was enough to...

Pros: Power, Handling, and Roominess Cons: Warped steering wheel and poor seat support.
When I wrote my last review, I had not picked up my new Odyssey from the dealership. Now, I've driven it for a little over a month and have tached on 1400 miles. With a little more perspective, I'll rate the minivan in power, transmission, handling,...

Pros: Gas mileage, fold-down back seat, space, maneuverability, comfort. Cons: No sun roof. CD instead of tape option for the basic car makes your old tapes useless.
Vehicle purchased because of fold down rear seat and large storage capacity (Holds a 4x8 sheet). A positive report by Consumer's Report helped us to make our decision. We also liked the fact that the spare tire was accessible from inside the car...

Pros: Good size Cons: Engineering could be better
I usually hate it when a new model of a vehicle that I own is released. There's always new features that are more appealing, or additional options that I just wish I had. Not with the new Odyssey.
One of the most important features on any...

Pros: Honda reliability, safety, roominess Cons: automatic doors need to be improved
I recently leased a 2000 Honda Odyssey and I am very happy with it. The lease was up on my car and I started out looking for a larger car to buy as I have 2 growing children and travel a lot with them. I was surprised to find that the larger family...
