Pros: Great mini van with a remarkable engine Cons: Production will stop with the 2002 model year
Three kids force me to still drive a mini van. I don't really want to, it seems so very "suburban" to me. I would much rather drive a vehicle that is a little smaller, a little more streamlined, a little faster.
But since I must...

Pros: Comfortable ride, full size spare, built in VCR, uses regular grade gas. Cons: HAS NOT HELD UP OVER TIME. Could be a bit larger. The Bottom Line: After 6 years, I would not recommend this as a used car buy nor will I take a chance on another Quest. It has not held up at all.
Please note my update at the end of this review We've been through the mini-vans! A 1993 Nissan Quest, 1996 Chrysler Town and Country, a 1999 Honda Odyssey EX and now back to our favorite: 2000 Nissan Quest. We reluctantly sold our old Nissan ...

Pros: dual sliders, easy maneuverability/parking, great gas mileage, good power comfy & roomy. Cons: No power slider.
I bought a 2000 Nissan Quest GXE, with the comfort plus package, in June. I had really wanted a Durango but with two small children I wasn't impressed with the Durango's cargo space. We stopped at the Nissan dealer specifically to look at used cars...

Pros: Ultimate, reliable workhorse. Cons: Older models lacked driver's side sliding door.
I absolutely love my Nissan Quest. This is my fourth one and I will keep buying them because they keep getting better each year. My 2000 Quest even has a television/VCR
inside, and as a mother of four, that's awesome. I have never had...

Pros: Price, quality, quietness Cons: Soft suspension
With our family growing, we needed a larger vehicle. Initially, we decided that either the Odyssey or Sienna would fit our needs. We looked at both, then the Quest, and decided that the Quest would be our best bet.
Why did we buy it?...

Pros: Rides good on highway Cons: Front brakes are a constant problem
After 3,000 miles front brakes were grinding. Dealer replaced front brake pads and did rotor work. Had to replace front brake pads again after 11,000 more miles at 14,000. Dealer said that this was probably normal wear and tear despite me saying that 90%...

Pros: handling, standard features Cons: storage space
With everyone running around looking for a big van, there is still a group that wants a smaller van and not a station wagon. The Quest satisfied that requirement for us.
We recently retired our 1994 Villager GS van and replaced it with a...

Pros: New fresh style, a lot of neat features Cons: none
My family recently purchased the new 2000 Nissan Quest. I absolutely love it! From the outside it doesn't even look like the typical frumpy mini van that i have seen so many times in the past. It's pretty funky looking if you ask me. It comes in all...

Pros: Roominess, good power, lots of features.. Cons: Ford is involved in production!! The Bottom Line: Get it with all the Toys, Make sure your dealer has a reputable service dept.
The 2000 Nissan Quest GLE has been a welcome addition to our growing family...When child number 2 came into the picture, we needed a little more room than our 97 Pathfinder could offer. The Quest fills this need perfectly. We opted for the GLE (Loaded)...

Pros: Great for Families with small children! Cons: Gas Mileage is low.
My Wife and I bought this Mini-van because of my two-year old son. Before we had a Nissan GXE car and on overnight trips we would pack the car for a one night stay 100 miles away. Talk about stuffing a car! That trip told us that we needed to get a van...

Pros: Quiet, roomy, attractive Cons: None that we can think of The Bottom Line: I would buy this van again today without hesitation based on my experience.
When we decided to replace our gas guzzling Dodge Durango in November 2000, we started the search for a Mini-van with an open mind. We were looking for a decent price on a minivan with a 6 cylinder engine and some basic convenience items. Not a luxury...

Pros: I Many standard features Cons: not many

Pros: handles nice, good size, comfortable,
tv console Cons: Loud front exhaust, ride could be better, poor service, poor mileage, expensive The Bottom Line: Its a decent vehicle, but I would look around a little harder next time.
I have owned the quest for almost one year, and it is a dependable car. Its a nice size with room for storage, and yet it handles like a compact car. It is also very good in the snow and the controls and such are convenient and well laid out. It is...

When you want to take the kids' friends and there are not enough seats, get a van. This van will entertain the kids on any trip, no matter how short a drive. The video setup with remote is a real plus. When we go to the store the kids don't fight or...
