Pros: Perfect vehicle for me. Cons: None!
I can’t believe I am actually writing an automobile review. I’m not the least bit mechanically inclined, but I absolutely love this vehicle. I’ve had my new 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada for a month now and have decided to give my opinion of it. ...

Pros: Great ride, quiet and smooth. Cons: May be too high for small and/or elderly passengers to enter and exit easily. The Bottom Line: This is a great automobile.
I borrowed a friends very nice Oldsmobile Bravada for
a few days. This was a new vehicle when he bought it.
When I drove it, it had right at 45,000 miles on it's
odometer give or take a few miles.
This vehicle is really...

Pros: Super comfortable heated seats with longer pitch than most; fabulous sounding Bose AM/FM/CD; automatic light-sensing running lights; stereo controls on steering wheel;leather seats with electric lumbar seat adjustment. Cons: No rear seat hvac controls; wider turning radius than Explorer
I've owned Ford Explorers and Blazers and the 2000 Olds Bravada beats the ride of any of them!
I wanted an SUV that didn't ride like a truck, had a top drawer stereo system, cushy front seats, and power everything. In the 2000 Bravada I found...

Pros: Comfort, style, versatility, great sound system Cons: Mileage, rear wiper washer hole clogs easily
I previously owned a 1993 Bravada. I was quite pleased with it for what it offered for the time period. However, I also found several areas that could use improvement. When I looked at the 2000 Bravada I was quite impressed with all the improvements that...

Pros: Comfort, Styling, Roominess Cons: Car seat limitations
I just purchased my second Olds Bravada. It is a new 2000 model. Although I liked the first one, I find a lot of improvements on the new model. One of the things I didn't like about the 98 model was the automatic climate control. It seemed to blow...

Pros: Great ride and amenities Cons: Haven't found one.......yet!
We looked at everything on the market and choose our second (year 2000) Bravada. The dealer incentive and trade in value cinched the deal for us. We were seriously considering the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited but were put off by the class action suit...

Pros: Good Interior space Cons: Engine/transmission
After taking the Olds for its first spin I noticed a lack of power. It always seemed to be thinking about providing the horsepower that is under the hood but never came through. The engine, from a standing start, always seemed to be in 4L. Just...

Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing!
This is not your usual SUV! The most luxurious I have seen. I test drove the Lexus RX 300, the Ford Explorer, Chevy Blazer, and none compared to the Bravada. It was comfortable, with so many amenities, and wow, what a ride! It was smooth, and one was...

Pros: Good look and great handling Cons: Only for those with class
The Olds Bravada is a great truck to own and operate. It moves in and out of traffic with ease and has great eye appeal. In my quest to purchase a SUV, I drove the Nissan Pathfinder, Ford Explorer, the Jeep versions (what a joke), the Chevy Blazer and...

Pros: Great deal for the money. Cons: It only comes in leather interior.
If you are looking at the 2000 SUVs you really need to take a look at the Bravada. It is one of only two SUVs that offer automatic dual lumbar support. Jeep is the other one to offer it as an option. Everything that you pay extra for on other SUVs is...

Pros: Like a luxury SUV - only better! Cons: Low gas mileage. The Bottom Line: Definitely recommended. Great SUV.
The only reason I have the 2000 Bravada is because my husband wanted a boat and we had nothing with which to tow it. He had a Ford Ranger pickup and I had a Buick Regal (which I loved!!). I was very attached to and did not want to trade my Regal and did ...

Pros: mechanicals Cons: uses more gas then a car
When I moved to Iowa in 1992 and experienced their snow storms I knew my luxury car that did not have front wheel drive would not work. I investigated SUV's and determined if I had to give up the car I did not want to give up comfort, safety, and the...

Pros: I loved everything about it. Cons: None that I could find in two weeks of driving it.
We did not purchase this vehicle, however, while we went on vacation out west, we rented one. We decided to rent an SUV because of all the off road places to go in the areas that we visit, including Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, and a few other places...
