CHRYSLER seeks to make a less gender-specific car (at what cost?)

by chrisbickel Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500
Jan 29 '01

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 2.0 Recommended: No

Pros: There was more of an "honesty" to the 2000 models
Cons: The 2001 model has been reconfigured to be less-gender-specific
The Bottom Line: Look to the 2000 model.

OUTDRIVER MAGAZINE, the leading gay/bisexually slanted automotive insider trade magazine, recently named their "10 most important homosexual movers and shakers in the auto industry", and in so doing destroyed the career of French-born car designer...

Great car at a great price.

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Looks damn cool, super smooth ride.
Cons: More blind spots than Stevie Wonder. Sometimes ride is spongy.
The Bottom Line: If you've got to spend under $25,000 no matter what, this car is a steal. If you can go up to $30,000 go with the LHS.

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Roomy trunk, sunroof, comfortable ride, many perks
Cons: Could look sportier
The Bottom Line: If you enjoy road trips, this car would be a great choice. It holds all your luggage, is comfortable during long trips, and feels luxurious.

I say happily because the flat tire was on a rental car we were examining before leaving the rental driveway. Another customer pointed to the tire which was almost flat!

The car rental place upgraded us to the Concorde as they had no other...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 1.0 Recommended: No

Pros: Beauty and handling.
Cons: Repairs, bad water pumps, bad suspension system.
The Bottom Line: NO, do not even consider buying this vehicle. Just because it is used and a good price does not keep you out of the repair department!

If only I had known then what I know NOW. This make, model, and year has a problem with the water pump going out. The reason it goes out is there is a connection above it that will drip from time to time and it slowly, but surely, burns out the water ...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 4.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: great features, roomy, powerful
Cons: too much to choose from

With its stunning looks and agility, the Chrysler Concorde is an evolutionary vehicle. I find it difficult to not stare when I am near one. Recently, I decided to find out more about this beauty.

The Concorde is available in two models, the...
