Pros: Good ride, decent handling, roomy, comfortable seats, plenty of power, high tow capacity, high payload Cons: fuel mileage, hard to maneuver in tight spaces The Bottom Line: If you need the capacity, all wheel drive convenience, and want something that even a car person will like, this is really the only way to go.
We have now owned the vehicle for almost a year and a half and still love it. It has seating capacity for 9 (8 if you get the buckets), almost a 2500-pound payload and the ability to tow up to 12000 pounds (ours is 10100 lbs max), which works perfectly...

Pros: Great Power and the ride is awesome Cons: Fuel mileage & sound system . No highs no lows it's a Bose! The Bottom Line: A must drive when looking at SUV's, the price difference is not a big deal once you've driven it.
Fit and finish is great, the lines are very good.I took all the emblems off to smooth out the lines a little more. It looks mush better that way and is easier to wash and wax. It is very quiet when driving compared to previous SUV's I have owned.
I...

Pros: Powerful, roomy, handles well, good towing capacity, smooth ride, attractive Cons: Gas guzzler, heavy 3rd row seats, unable to tilt back front seats very far The Bottom Line: Overall, I am very impressed with this vehicle. I have a 40-mile roundtrip commute everyday, so the comfort of this vehicle are a definite plus.
Yes, I will admit that I did not picture myself buying an SUV. I was always used to a small car. I drove a Honda Civic for 5 years, then my husband and I bought a house last year. We were constantly borrowing a friend's truck to haul things back and...

Pros: Smooth ride; luxurious and elegant; looks sturdy and has great designs Cons: Punishing price The Bottom Line: If you want your spouse to drive a roomy, luxurious and reliable SUV, the 2002 GMC Yukon Denali is the right one for you!
The 2002 GMC Yukon Denali is ready to take on the competition. Just name these competitors: 2002 Ford Expedition, 2002 Lincoln Navigator, 2002 Toyota Sequoia, 2002 Cadillac Escalade, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban and 2002 Ford Excursion. It is my opinion...

Pros: Ride, Room, Options, and Comfort Cons: Gas Mileage The Bottom Line: Wouldn't trade for a Cadillac. Drive it and you will love it. Low mileage is a small price to pay when everything else is first class.
We looked for a year trying everything, knowing we would buy in April 2002. Just one drive sold us on the Denali. After delivery we were not disappointed. The first trip of 635 miles was great. We arrived feeling as though we drove out to the local...

Pros: Excellent agility and handling, perfect style and long list of ammenities. Cons: None so far, except for gas milage. The Bottom Line: I stongly recommend this SUV, for any type of family or livestyle. Denali is truly the Escalade "Sport"!
With the Yukon Denali and Yukon Denali XL, surprisingly agile handling is only the beginning. A uniquely designed interior and a variety of amenities give them their own distinctive character. For example, super soft leather seats, their broad range of...

Pros: Superior handling for size. Power, brakes, ride, standard features. Cons: Gas mileage. 3d-row seat access. Uncomfortable position of steering-wheel audio controls. The Bottom Line: Hard to imagine a better job at designing and manufacturing a large luxury SUV,
I had planned to put off writing this review until I had the truck at least a month, but I am so enthusiastic about it after only 2 day that I feel compelled to go ahead.
It was time to replace the 92 Grand Voyager w/ 114k miles and, being...

It does luxury right.

Pros: Power, fit and finish, Style Cons: no auto fold for exterior mirrors The Bottom Line: Step up to the plate and upgrade to Denali!
Owned for about a week and only have one thing to say....WOW! Had a 99 Envoy and this Denali runs circles around it. The 17" wheels are a must for a vehicle this size. I've owned GM autos in the past and this is by far the best so far when it comes to...

Pros: Unbelievable power, amazing suspension braking and handling. Cons: Price tag, fuel efficiency. The Bottom Line: Excellent vehicle, powerful, eye catcher, the difference in price between YUKON XL SLT and XL DENALI is 5K and it is worth it.
This is my third full size GMC vehicle, I usually trade my SUV’s every two years, I just traded in my 1999 GMC SUBURBAN XLT with a 2002 YUKON XL DENALI, before the 1999 GMC Suburban I had 1997 GMC suburban, so I am very familiar with the full size SUVs...

This truck is a dream

Pros: Good power, handling, and braking
GREAT comfort Cons: Stereo is weak.
If anything, this truck is almost too comfortable.
I have the Yukon with leather seats, sunroof, all power options. It can launch pretty good for a truck at a stop light, braking is excellent, and it handles quite well, considering it's no sports car.
If I have any complaint it's the included sound system. It's kind of weak for a luxury SUV, and this IS a luxurious SUV.

Pros: Very roomy and comfortable, seat warmers, dual air control Cons: Gas consumption, Can be hard to maneuver in tight spaces
We have a 2 year and with my husband's job we travel/move a lot. The captains chairs in the second row of seats allows good access to the 3rd row of seats. There is plenty of room in the "trunk" area. Other SUV's we looked at couldn't hold a stroller with the 3rd row in place but the Yukon XL has room to spare. We usually have a luggage carrier on top and even in windy conditions we don't feel like we are being blown all over the road. Dual air controllers for front and back seats.

Why did I buy this?

Pros: space Cons: gas, road noise, bulky, modest power, interior looks like my suburban, bumpy ride
When I went to buy the truck for my wife, I had my doubts. I did not like the styling and felt that there were too many of them on the road. On the drive home, I experienced a clicking noise from the rear of the car along with plenty of road noise. I contacted the dealer i bought it from and they said that it was a problem they were well aware of and were trying to fix it.
Bottom line: ok for towing and heavy loads, not at all good for long trips...really meant for a construction site
