Pros: fit, finish, heated seats, great seats, Stereo, smooth motor, penty of options. folding rear seat. Cons: Electronics, expensive repair work, no aftermarket support, HVAC controls hard to use The Bottom Line: Buy one if you are not going to try to pimp it
Volvo S80 2.9l bought with 50k in March of 06. I have too had some headlight and taillight failures, but all you have to do is disconnect the bulb check it over, and reinstall it. That only takes a few minutes and not a real good reason to take it to the ... read more

Pros: Powerful, quick, great MPG, comfortable, trunk space, safe. Cons: Headlamp seal replaced in 2 years. The Bottom Line: Excellent car, buy with T6 engine for power and better gas mileage. Safe, comfortable, storage space, reliable, I would buy again.
Sorry the other reviewer has problems. That can happen in a BMW, Mercedes or other fine car (maybe not Lexus). My Volvo has been excellent to date. I was fortunate with my first Volvo. I found a 2002 S80 T6 at the Volvo dealer in October 2003, never ... read more

Pros: The style of a Mercedes the safety of a 747 and reliability of a Toyota. Cons: Non found for the moment. The Bottom Line: The Volvo is the number one choice for a family vehicle and even if you don't have a family this is the perfect day to day car.
