Pros: Styling, luxury, quality of interior materials, chassis stability Cons: Midrange power, not that fun to drive, ride quality with sport suspension The Bottom Line: Recommended as a stylish luxury sedan, but not as a sport sedan for those who prioritize driving enjoyment. The Sport Package kills the ride more than it helps the handling.
The things we do for our families. A year ago my sister was looking for a car. I took her to look at the Audi A4. Now, I was personally most interested in the A4 with the V6 and a manual transmission. But I put my sisters needs ahead of my own. She ...

Pros: Looks, style, gadgets, safety equipment Cons: engine layout, vibrations, back seat space The Bottom Line: Worth a serious look, maybe the v6 is better with reliability though?
So as I was moving up in the job world, I got a higher paying job, and decided that I should get a new car. I went car shopping at dover vw, which I have always bought my cars from there, and saw a 2003 beige audi a4 with dark tinted windows. It looked ...

4 Those of us who want more!
This Audi, just like every other Ive ever driven or owned, does absolutely nothing wrong, looks better than almost everything Ive ever parked it next to and is a hoot to drive. I am just disappointed that this new iteration didnt...

Pros: Quattro system! Cons: Steering feel. The Bottom Line: It is a pricey car in Korea, but I'd recommend it a buy.
I'm just going to write about the driving dynamics of this car as other reviews have covered other aspects of this car quite nicely. My car is A4 Quattro 3.0 Tiptronic with steering wheel mounted shift buttons. It has the sports suspension pack and 17 ...

Pros: Fantastic interior quality and design, generous standard features, German feel, nice handling with sport package. Cons: 220 horses plus 3,700 lbs does not a sport sedan make. The Bottom Line: The excellent looks and interior design of this car prevented it from being rated just average.
I recently drove the 2003 Audi A4 Quattro 3.0 with a silver exterior, black leather interior and Tiptronic Transmission. The car also had the sport and every other available option package. Simply stated, it was as loaded as they come. To begin with, ...

Pros: quattro, audio, interior quality. Full size spare. Cons: Cup holders. Armrest. Mirror memory system. Responsiveness. Rear seat space. The Bottom Line: I like it because it has all the features I wanted in a very nice package. However, if Camry or Lexus ES330 had AWD, I would've bought those instead.
I wanted to get a new AWD car to replace my 1997 Camry. If Toyota made Camrys with AWD, I would have bought that, but they don't, so I searched, with my preschool aged kids in tow. Looked at the Subaru Outback V6 VDC. I didn't like the way the door ...

Pros: handling/quattro, engine, classy interior, comfortable seats Cons: ignition key placement, cramped for drivers, tranny shift points The Bottom Line: great small sports sedan, not for 6 footers
the engine is very peppy. you will not be disapointed there; however, whoever programs the shift points needs to be fired. there is a sport mode, but you have to drop it into the standard drive setting b/c for some reason in sport mode 5th gear isn't ...

Pros: Very beautiful automobile, well designed and luxurious. Cons: Restricted interior and CD player only available as an option. The Bottom Line: The Audi A4 is a very affordable and luxurious automobile.
Audi A4 sedan 2003
Audi Ups the Ante.
The Audi A4 is certainly one of the most popular model this manufacturer produces and to keep ahead of the competition in this class, Audi has made some improvements for the year 2003 models....

Pros: gorgeous, carved-from-granite solidity Cons: sluggish, weird CVT, no manual option, very expensive The Bottom Line: It'll be a hit, but it's too expensive and devoid of any sporting pretentions. This is a cruiser; it's what the Chrysler Sebring wants to be when it grows up.
I test-drove the new Audi cabrio last weekend at a dealership in Atlanta. The car is stunning in person...though the satin-finish chrome windshield surround is a bit over the top. The interior is attractive in that functional, unemotional German way....

Pros: attractive, quiet, roomy, loaded with options, solid Cons: a bit noisy at take-off, sluggish The Bottom Line: This an excellent car and a purchase well worth the money.
The 4 seat, sporty convertible market does not provide a lot of options. After a pretty thorough review of the Saab, BMW, Mercedes CLK and Audi, I would not hesitate to rate Audi best in its class. I found the Saab to be too sluggish, the interior...

Pros: Ride quality, power, quattro option, styling, quality workmanship Cons: Transmission shift points, cup holders The Bottom Line: I would recommend the A4 3.0 to anyone looking for a $35000 sport luxury sedan. Dollar for dollar unbeatable.
Bottom line: dollar for dollar, the Audi A4 is hard to beat in its class. For the same price, you can get either a stripped, under-powered 325 with vinyl 'leatherette' seats without power, or you can get a well-equipped A4 3.0.
After months...

Pros: Built well, lots of neat gadgets, quick and fun to drive. Cons: Cramped cockpit, seats are kind of hard, poor post-sales customer service from Audi. The Bottom Line: Give the Audi A4 a try, especially if you're looking at a BMW 3-series. You can get the power and features of a 330, for the price of a 325.
I recently traded in my Mercury Cougar for an Audi A4 3.0 Quattro, because I wanted a more reliable car that handled well in bad weather. So far, it seems that I've chosen well. While I was comparison-shopping, I also test drove the BMW 325xi and the ...

Pros: Luxury, quality, good performance, comfort, handling. Cons: Drivers must adapt to idiosyncracies of CVT operation. The Bottom Line: A wonderful, luxurious, nimble-for-its weight, quiet highway cruiser and fun car in one quality package!
I took delivery on 9/29/2002 on what may be the first Audi A4 Cabriolet in the Northwest. Now, with slightly over 1000 miles both on interstates and twisty roads, I can confirm that it is all I had hoped for. I wanted a solid, quality, luxurious,...

Pros: Styling. Ride good for trips. Gas mileage (24 ). Stereo is above average. Cons: Driver seat. Rear seats. Adequate power expected more... cup holders. The Bottom Line: Great car. 4 year 50,000 mileage bumper to bumper. Dealership treats you like a millionaire. I will most likely only buy an Audi from now on.
We got the A4 1.8T Avant (wagon). Right off the bat you know this is no race car. It does okay getting on the freeway and keeping up with traffic but this is a heavy car with a 4 banger turbo and if you think for one second that you're going to go...

Pros: looks great, overall quality car Cons: struggles when loaded The Bottom Line: I would recommend this car. You just need to adjust your driving habits a little.
First impressions of this car are that it looks great, especially in silver. To my eyes it is one of the best looking estates on the market, oops sorry, manufacturers don't like using that term, too many negative connotations, lets just say that this...
