Pros: Gas mileage, Standard EX options, safety, looks, space- the whole car! Cons: Recycled air always smelled funny. Breaks not suffecient for car. The Bottom Line: I would reccommend this car to anyone, but upgrade the breaks immediatly, and get the 2.4L 4 cylinder and EX only!
I have owned a lot of cars in my life, and this 2003 Honda Accord EX with Navigation and automatic transmission with 2.4L 4 cylinder has been hands down, one of the best, in virtually EVERY department. This vehicle had it all: leather, side airbags, ...

Pros: Good on Gas, Reliable, Stylish, Practical, Hits the Sweet Spot for Average Person Cons: Not extreme in any way (e.g., Average sound system), but very good in many others The Bottom Line: We are very satisfied with the Accord as it fulfills our needs as a daily commuter. It is a great car with good fuel economy in a stylish package.
We have had this car for a few months over two years. We bought it used from Sherway Acura for $26000 for the 4 cylinder EX model with leather seats. When we bought it, the car had 40 K km on it and now it has 100 K km. We recently replaced the ...

Pros: Gas mileage, roomy, sporty, remote window control Cons: Seats get hairy, radio very expensive to replace, only one exterior key hole The Bottom Line: It's a great car for the money. Just keep an extra lint-roller handy.
Now I've never seen 'The Fantastic Four,' but I've named every car I've ever driven and I feel it's bad luck if I don't. Dumb habit. Anyway, as you can guess I have a 2003 Accord LX Coupe, silver with a black interior. Overall, I prefer the styling of ...

Pros: Peppy 4cyl, fuel efficient, smooth transmission Cons: Uncomfortable in many ways, stereo not perfect The Bottom Line: Shop around and you'll be pleasantly surprised with it's competitors.
In history, the greatest warriors always fall in battle. The Honda Accord is one that has had a great run being one of the front runners in the midsized army and now it is time for its reign to end. No this car is not aweful by any means, but it ...

Pros: Conservative appearance that's fun to drive with lots of extras for a low price. Cons: Not a Nissan 300ZX twin turbo with lots of upgrades, but more affordable. The Bottom Line: It's not an STI, but worth a test drive. I've had it for 9 weeks and love it.
I wanted to trade in my 1996 Ford Taurus recently. It was on its second engine, most of the electronics didn't work, the A/C hadn't worked since the first engine, and the tape player and blown speakers left me... wanting more. My wife has a 2001 Honda ...

Pros: reliable, efficient, good acceleration for a 4cyl, smooth drive train and suspension Cons: rear-end styling The Bottom Line: I recommend this car for anyone needing reliable transportation with a high resale value.
I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord. I was looking at the Camry, Civic and Altima also, but decided on the Accord because I had heard about its bulletproof reliability which is important to me because I plan on keeping this car for several years. ...

Pros: Still looks great on the outside & roomy on inside Cons: Total loss as an investment or dependable affordable transportation. The Bottom Line: Would not recommend model or Honda. Huge oil consumption problem at 57,000 miles. Inadequate servicing recommendations. Now they are sticking me with needed $6,000 engine short block replacement!
I loved this car, how it looked, how it handled, its get up and go - great for a 4 cylinder. Some brake problems were covered by warranty. The car started using excessive oil around 57,000 miles & I had to have the oil changed while on vacation as it ...

Pros: Economical, performing V6. Low maintenance cost, excellent resale. Safe, highly drive-able, good highway commuter. Cons: Marginal leather seat comfort, steering wheel to driver ergonomics and head clearance. Quirky transmission engagement. The Bottom Line: A trouble-free, economical, performing V6 GT Sedan. Buy it with confidence. It's not a BMW, Lexus or Infiniti, but is a close enough approximation for my needs and affordability.
I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 sedan in August of 2003. After driving strictly GMs/Fords, a Mazda and a Datsun Z, I tried a Honda for the first time. My GMs have almost all failed me, and I was ready for a change. I am still enjoying it almost ...

Pros: Reliable, nice look, runs smooth Cons: Unexpected little repairs add up The Bottom Line: Excellent used car if the little problems are fixed. Great new car if buying new.
A tad bit expensive to maintain though when compared to the similar Toyota Camry.
I have owned my 2003 Honda Accord 4 cylinder sedan since 2003. Everything runs great except for a few minor things that will cost you $$. The looks is excellent. The leather is wonderful if you have leather. The drive can't be beat. This is such a ...

Pros: Cost, build quality, performance, 220hp on regular gas. Cons: No heated mirrors, no memory seats, no RDS on radio. The Bottom Line: Great drive, very comfortable, quiet, powerful. Really great value for what you get.
My last car was a 1998 Audi A6 2.8 Quattro which was great to drive but unreliable. My Honda (the first I've owned) represents the top of the range for the Accord and at 61% of the cost of a new A6 represents excellent value. I'll focus on the...

Full Review INTRO: I've shopped around for cars that are around 20k and let me tell you the Honda Accord beats them all in terms of pricing, feature content, ease to drive, and comfort. I do not think any car in its class can EVEN compare to its ...

Pros: awesome ride, decent power with manual, plenty of room, comfortable Cons: can be a bit pricey The Bottom Line: I strongly recommend this vehicle to someone looking for a practical and stylish vehicle. If fuel economy isn't quite as important to you, pony up for the V6.
While out car shopping recently, I took the opportunity to test drive a 2003 Honda Accord EX Sedan. This Accord came equipped with a 2.4 Liter VTEC 4-cylinder engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. It had pretty good power for a four banger, ...

rattles at 60k poor quality
leather cracking
The Bottom Line: If you can get a great deal with warranty, get
the 4 cyl, but its not a luxury car, no matter
how the try and sell it to you.
In Dec 2005, I purchased a nice 2003 Honda Accord EX with Nav (4 cyl) I have all work done at a HONDA/ACURA dealer in Frisco, TX. I love honda for there reliability, good gas mileage, and over-all resale value. But hate the little things about ...

Pros: Smooth, fantastic long-distance highway car, very comfortable and fast, great gas mileage, reliable...eventually Cons: Rattles, noises, transmission failure, electrical glitches, endless trips to the dealer, poor dealer experience The Bottom Line: I'd probably buy it again...but I should have waited for the next model year. And I'll never use that dealership ever again!
I was going to write a long review of what I thought about this car - but I thought instead that I would simply say that I now love the car, and that most of the problems are now solved. The one niggling problem is that the electric door locks simply ...
