Pros: price, style, quality, fun, attention getter, roomy front, stereo system Cons: eventual hatch noise, small backseat The Bottom Line: If you don't want to spend $50,000 for a quality, luxury sports car, get the Tiburon!
I bought my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon brand new in 2002. I previously owned the 2001, and as soon as I saw the new body style, I was drooling and knew I was going to get my hands on the 2003 as soon as I could. The 2003's looks are crowd-stopping. I don't ...

Pros: Looks, Warranty, Power, Looks, Standard Features, Stereo, Looks Cons: Below Avg. MPG and Paint, Imperfect Sheetmetal, Brake/Throttle Pedals, Headroom, Torque Steer
The Bottom Line: If looks, features, and price are your bag, this is the car for you. If you aren't so hung-up on looks, price, or engine torque, get an RSX or Celica.
I bought this car a week ago after researching and test driving cars for 4 months. I traded in my 1999 Mustang. I was looking for a front wheel drive car (I live in Wisconsin) that was as sexy as my Mustang, that had things my Mustang didn't offer...

I have had the Hyundai Tiburon for 4 months and have put 3000 miles on it since. I finally made the purchase after looking at ALL the usually suspects I won't name them, we all know who I am talking about anyway.

Pros: Great looking car, handles well, low price, unbeatable warranty, back seat is not that cramped Cons: engine is not too powerful The Bottom Line: The 2003 Hyundai Tiburon is an amazing buy for a sporty looking, practical, safe, and fun to drive car
The 2003 Hyundai Tiburon is a great new car from Hyundai. The designers definitely hit a homerun when they drafted this beauty. As far as being economical, it blows the competition out of the water. You will not find a car of this quality and style...

Pros: Price, quality look and feel, sophisticated styling Cons: Tall people won't fit, ride, rear seat, handling near the limit The Bottom Line: Inside and out looks and feels much more expensive than it is. Lacks competitors' finesse near the limit, but also does without tacky styling details. A great buy.
The automobile market is currently awash in cars that look nice on the outside but look and feel cheap on the inside. Nissan products leap especially to mind, but many domestic brands also do poorly here. More and more, it seems you must spend over ...

Pros: Fun to drive, very solidly built Cons: Paint issues, harsh ride at times The Bottom Line: Want fun for little cash? Here's your ticket to ride!
This is an updated and revised review of the 2003 GT model with automatic. Everything remains stock except for the wheels and tires (which I upgraded to 17" and Toyos) and a few cosmetic changes. I don't consider the Tiburon to be a true ...

Hi. My name is Jeff and I just bought my new 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT V-6 with the Ultra Sports Package 3.
I love every aspect about the car. The styling is much better than the previous years, the handling is superb, and the rush when you hit...

Pros: A new revolution in features and price; Refined and robust; quiet and smooth ride Cons: No traction The Bottom Line: Hyundai is setting the standard in what coupes should feature and be priced like. All car enthusiasts who are looking for value will get this one!
With the all-new 2003 sports coupe, many observers and picky car enthusiasts and industry insiders have quietly admitted that Hyundai has arrived. The 2003 Hyundai Tiburon is a trendsetter when it comes to what types of features and value competitive...

Pros: styling, price, 17" wheels, key-less entry. Cons: head room The Bottom Line: Looks, Looks, Looks. Smooth and stylish in one. Even your frinds who complain about everything will be stumped to find anything wrong with this car.
Had the car about 8 weeks now and it definitely turns heads. I bought the silver, and comments abound when getting in and out of the car at shopping malls and gas stations.
One major flaw is in the lane changes, you know shoulder checking...ya...

Pros: Price, sporty. Tons of things come standard, good sound system Cons: Backseat, gas mileage The Bottom Line: For what you pay, you get a ton of features and one of the best looking affordable cars out on the road.
I bought a 2004 Tiburon (Auto I4) and am more than happy with the car. First of all, you can't beat the value. You get power locks, power windows, power mirrors, remote entry, alarm, CD player and air conditioning standard on the base model which retails ...

Pros: Gorgeous, fun to drive, lots of features for a good price, impressed with the quality Cons: Cramped, useless back seat :) The Bottom Line: If you are looking for an attractive, economical, sporty car, try this one. For us, it was love at first sight :).
I really love this car! We leased the silver one, automatic, with a sunroof. We almost leased the dark blue one (beautiful), but it would have been harder to keep clean.
It took some time getting used to how low the body of the car is....

My wife, and I first saw one of these cars on display inside of a shopping mall this past summer. We fell in love with the looks of it right away, and since we were going to be shopping for a new car later in the year, we decided that the 2003 Tiburon...

Lack of rear space The Bottom Line: The Tiburon GT V6 offers an excellent fully loaded car all in one package at an amazing low price starting at around 18K.No other car does this.

Pros: shark like appearance, general handling, standard features, great initial quality Cons: rear seat room, EPA mileage The Bottom Line: The 2003 Tiburon hits the mark on virtually every count for the market it's aimed for. Low price, quality craftsmanship, good handling, awesome good looks.
Shopping for a 2 door hatchback is not that difficult. In the under $20,000 price range you really only have 3 and soon to be 2 vehicles to choose from. Toyota Celica, Mercury Cougar (discontinued for 2003) and Hyundai Tiburon.
When my mother...

Pros: (GT version) Striking looks, great value, smooth v6, surprisingly quiet Cons: stiff ride, no side door bumper moldings, low headroom, cramped rear seat, The Bottom Line: The Tiburon is an absolute bargain. Handles well, great acceleration and looks, and a host of premium yet standard features. Loaded for $19,200...what v6 in it's class can compare?
After reading several write-ups and test drives of the new 2003 Hyundai Tiburon, I decided it was my turn to see what all the hoopla was about. I have a solid history of driving Japanese imports over the last 25 years for contrast and hopefully may...
