I bought my first Tiburon, a 1998 SE, but it was stolen only 6 months later... I then tried every single sports car, but I came back to my...

Pros: styling, price, 17" wheels, key-less entry. Cons: head room The Bottom Line: Looks, Looks, Looks. Smooth and stylish in one. Even your frinds who complain about everything will be stumped to find anything wrong with this car.
Had the car about 8 weeks now and it definitely turns heads. I bought the silver, and comments abound when getting in and out of the car at shopping malls and gas stations.
One major flaw is in the lane changes, you know shoulder checking...ya...

Pros: Sporty Styling
6 speed manual w/ V6
Fully loaded Cons: Interior plain
Small Mirrors create blind spots
Lack of rear space The Bottom Line: The Tiburon GT V6 offers an excellent fully loaded car all in one package at an amazing low price starting at around 18K.No other car does this.
First of I must say I am a GM person. Its not that often that I find myself straying from the GM pack. But Because of certain reason I now find myself looking for an new car and as a joke I went to the local Hyundai dealership to test drive a new...

Pros: terrific handling, quick acceleration, long warranty, aggressive styling, under $20,000 base price Cons: 4-cylinder out-powered by weight, rear-seat accommodations, ride, loud tires, needs more cargo space The Bottom Line: The Tiburon is a quick, stylish sports coupe. It will, however, have to need to become more reliable over time for me to rate it higher than just AVERAGE.
When the Hyundai Tiburon first came out, it was to replace the South Korean's original sports coupe , the Scoupe. Redesigned for 2003, the new Tiburon continues the automakers tradition of long warranties, and sporty styling at a reasonable price.

Pros: (GT version) Striking looks, great value, smooth v6, surprisingly quiet Cons: stiff ride, no side door bumper moldings, low headroom, cramped rear seat, The Bottom Line: The Tiburon is an absolute bargain. Handles well, great acceleration and looks, and a host of premium yet standard features. Loaded for $19,200...what v6 in it's class can compare?
After reading several write-ups and test drives of the new 2003 Hyundai Tiburon, I decided it was my turn to see what all the hoopla was about. I have a solid history of driving Japanese imports over the last 25 years for contrast and hopefully may...

Pros: Build Quality, V6 Performance Cons: Urban Fuel Consumption, Some Electrical Gremlins The Bottom Line: Assuming the electrical glitches are due to abuse by rental customers then this is a very nice vehicle overall.
This is not going to be an in depth review of the 2003 Tiburon, simply an opinion based upon my thoughts of the vehicles during the time I have driven them (two of them) and also having previously owned a 1986 Hyundai Pony (or Excel in the USA) I thought ...

Pros: Comfortable driving, great looks, good power for the price. Cons: Could use a bit more power at the mid-range, back seat is a joke. The Bottom Line: I'd recommend this to anyone looking to buy a solid performance car but doesn't want to pay the $25,000 price tag of comparable Japanese cars.
So I was getting a bit tired of my 1996 Mustang GT and got myself looking into what I might buy to replace it. I knew I wanted something sporty, but at the same time I had a moderately tight budget of about $20,000 I was trying to stick under. I ...

Pros: zippy, fun to drive
it has a bumper to bumper warranty Cons: EVERYTHING BREAKS!
You will get to know your repairman by his first name The Bottom Line: This car had constant problems. I spent too much time in the repair shop there was ever a time that SOMETHING wasn't broken. Cheaply made. Lots of road noise.
I bought this car new and within two months I had already taken it back to have both window motors replaced. This is where my story begins... I finally traded it in late 2007 after the warranty expired because I could not afford to pay constant repairs. ...

Pros: V6, exotic balanced look, monstous warranty, excellent price. Cons: A little heavy, blind spots. The Bottom Line: Hyundai is here to stay, and based on their progression and pricing, the competition should be nervous. I was truly blown away by this vehicle.
The 2003 Hyundai Tiburon is the first car to truly challenge the current Toyota Celica for an affordable exotic-look sports GT. While Acura and Mitsu etc. may have engine packages that make their rigs fun to drive, the droll boring body style in the RSX...

Pros: Overall Styling, Features, Price, Handling, Sound System Cons: Head Room, Back Seat Leg Room, ABS not a stand alone option The Bottom Line: Looking at an RSX, Eclipse, Celica, or Stang- do yourself a favor, check out the Tiburon. You'll be pleased with the comparison, and leave with that extra 5 grand.
I looked at the Tiburon after looking at several other cars. I purchased the Tiburon about a month ago and I, frankly have never been more pleased with a new car. I purchased the GT-V6 with the 6-speed manual with Leather Interior. As stated in ...

Pros: Affordable, attractive and stylish, fun to drive, responsive, nimble. The fog lights. Cons: The high-beam switch. The alternating-speed wipers. O2 sensor needs to be replaced frequently. The Bottom Line: Test-drive one and see what you think; that's the ultimate test (it's as reliable as any of 'em and better than a lot of 'em).
I've had this car for almost 2.5 years. I plan on buying another one shortly (the 2005 version). I have been accumulating a lot of highway miles on this one--almost 50K. I bought it for: the looks; the V6; the antilock brakes; and the price--affordable! ...

Pros: Great Body, Price, Huge Warranty, Tight Drive, Value Cons: Stiff ride,Controls ackward, leather interior is kinda hard, possible realibility threat and resale. The Bottom Line: I would recommend this car only to someone that is single looking for a fun car that basically has the looks and a good warranty!
After waiting months to go to the Minneapolis Auto Show, It finally came and I went 3 different times looking at all the different automobiles. I was concentrating on the Honda, Acura, Toyota, Mazda,Mist Eclipse and even Pontiac looking for a sports car...

Pros: Great Warranty, Performance,Looks! Cons: Blind spot, low resale value, poor gas mileage The Bottom Line: Don't believe every thing you read about this car go test drive it for your self it is more than just a pretty face. You'll be hooked
I have had the Hyundai Tiburon for 4 months and have put 3000 miles on it since. I finally made the purchase after looking at ALL the usually suspects I won't name them, we all know who I am talking about anyway.
This car was well optioned...

Pros: Gorgeous, fun to drive, lots of features for a good price, impressed with the quality Cons: Cramped, useless back seat :) The Bottom Line: If you are looking for an attractive, economical, sporty car, try this one. For us, it was love at first sight :).
I really love this car! We leased the silver one, automatic, with a sunroof. We almost leased the dark blue one (beautiful), but it would have been harder to keep clean.
It took some time getting used to how low the body of the car is....

Pros: gorgeous styling, looks like no other, 10-year warranty, everything! Cons: paint :( The Bottom Line: This is the best car ever! Stylish, comfortable, inexpensive, 10 year warranty. You can't beat that!
The first time I saw the Tiburon I was in love....and that was the 1999 model. Good thing I waited, because in retrospect, I hate those old headlights.
Oh my God, when I saw the 2003 Tiburon, I thought I was going to die. This was a car I...
