Pros: Nice ride, radio controls nice when working, lots of room. Cons: Vehicle very cheap and not worth buying. The Bottom Line: Do not buy this vehicle. You will have a never ending money pit.
If you are looking for a vehicle to buy all I can say is run... run now... run far. This vehicle has been nothing but a source of pain and frustration from day one. I have had to replace the coils (120.00 each at the dealer) twice already. I tried ... read more

Pros: Peppy, pleasure driving city/highway,solid,quality fit, handling, fuel economy, steering radio controls Cons: Too many levers on Steering wheel column, The Bottom Line: Due to my personal ongoing conflicts with Mazda I have no option but to give it 5 thumbs down instead of the 4 & 1/2 star rating it deserves
Only problems with body were the fenders being overly curved allowing road dirt to sand blast paint from the bottom of the fenders & rocker panels Mazda pays for warranty to repair but should install mud flaps that I should not have to pay for including ... read more

When my husband and I got pregnant in December 2002, our first thought was, we need a minivan. We live in GA and travel to NY and NH to visit at least 3 times a year and we normally would have me fly and my husband drive a car so that we had a ride. We ... read more

Pros: Price, Small size, Folding rear seat, Quiet drive, Roll-down rear windows, Side-by-slide seat
Cons: There are no major things about this van that I would change. The Bottom Line: I highly recommend the Mazda MPV. It is a great minivan at any price, though it's significantly cheaper than competitors.
We purchased our MPV in the spring of 2003. After driving it for over a year I am really glad that we chose this van. Why? The answer to me is one word: value. The MPV had all the features that we wanted for a lot less than similar models (ie. Honda ... read more

Pros: small van with fold down 3rd row, good value for a used vehicle Cons: 2.5L engine lacking, must have 3.0! Key has a chip, so spare is expensive! The Bottom Line: Excellent late model, used, van for the price, especially if you can get it certified. A pre-owned Odyssey cannot beat it's price!
Count me in as one of those anti-minivan types, who by too many children, must give in. I myself am expecting baby #3 soon...so my cute VW Passat had to go. Just a rundown of my buying experience, and why we chose what we did. Small was important ... read more

Pros: Smaller size;nimble handling;Japanese quality. Cons: engine (fuel economy and noise); access to the last row. The Bottom Line: If you only use the third row use once in a while, this is the ideal minivan for you regarding the price, reliability and performance.

This is not the van for those that want a ride like a caddy. It's got a sport like suspension and does handle quite well for a mini van. Trouble free until the warranty ran out (time), then two trips to the shop for EGR and IAC. Both under 40K miles.
