Pros: Exterior Styling, Handling, Acceleration Cons: Dismal interior, build quality, serious design flaws. Unacceptable at this price. The Bottom Line: For the exorbitant price, the car should be more comfortable, more spacious and more durable. Consider Lexus instead.
Our family purchased the XJR to replace a lesser X-type. The drive is responsive and fun. On back-roads across the lower Catoctins, it literally pounced up hills and could zip around slower cars in traffic. The accelerator was quick to respond and ...

Pros: Fantastic ride, comfort and luxury. Unique but highly reliable and solid. Cons: Uninspiring exterior styling. Lacks the usual Jaguar distinctive exterior. The Bottom Line: Definitely would recommend buying as a used car. Quality and reliability are outstanding. A much better value compared to Mercedes, BMW or Lexus and a more distinctive and unique car.

Pros: Power, gas mileage, appointments, fun to drive, sexy, reliability. Cons: Hard to enter, hard to exit. Setting your preferences with on-board computer every time. The Bottom Line: Fun to drive car, exotic styling, It's a Jag.
I bought my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 recently, there is a lot to get used to being a former Mercedes E Class owner. The 04 XJ is lighter than most cars in its class which gives optimum gas mileage. The ride is as a sports car, most times I forget how much car it ...

Pros: Style, pace, and grace, this Jaguar has them in spades. Cons: Wood and leather are here, as well as some FORD parts The Bottom Line: If you have always wanted a Jaguar but were afraid because of questionable build quality or stodgy dynamics, have no fear with this cat...it won't claw you
The 2004 Jaguar XJ series represents a leap forward for the Coventry Cat. Acceleration, handling, and comfort are as far removed from the outgoing XJ as the look of the new is so close to a classic Jag. My review comes from three months of ownership of ...

Pros: Great styling, responsive handling and quick acceleration with good gas mileage. Comfortable, eye-catching and fun! Cons: No keyless entry and no way to lock the car without the fob. The Bottom Line: If you can afford a vehicle in this class, the Jaguar XJ8 VDP is a sharp looking automobile that delivers style, comfort and fun in a fuel efficient package.
I bought the Jaguar XJ VDP in September of 06 when it had only 7500 miles on it. I debated between the Jag and the Lexus, worried that the Jag might not hold up to the wear and tear that the Lexus reportedly could endure. I really loved the styling of ...
