Pros: Cheap, decent quality, handles smaller orders (250) Cons: Horrible customer service, sub-standard shipping policies, lackluster card stock for the price.

Not bad customer service - no cust. serv.

Pros: Ease of use with website. Cons: No customer service - no answer to phone calls/emails.
Well, I also wish I would have looked this company up online before I ordered, but with a good interface for design it seemed like a reputable company (lesson learned). I ordered on the 11th and received an email saying they received my order. Of course they billed me immediately, but I have yet to receive product or an answer to my 3 phone messages and many emails. I've called at different times of the day and never get a person answering the phone. I wonder if he just has a phone with the ringer turned off and it going straight to voicemail? It's really a bummer that someone is going to harder for other people to use ecommerce by delivering these horrible results. (or no results)
Please save yourself the headache and hassle and use someone else! I'm just disappointed because I really liked the card design and wanted to use them already.

Lost in the mail.....

Pros: Easy to use website. Good layout designer and previewer. Cons: Poor packing. No service after the sale.
That is right, I never got my business cards because they were lost in the mail. I did get an empty Priority Mail envelope from businesscards.com. I am sure it was so overstuffed that my cards fell out somewhere in transit. Voicemails and messages sent through their website contact yielded no results. I do not recommend businesscards.com
