Pros: Fast, efficient, easy to follow Cons: Perhaps not seeing the actual merchandise
I received an offer for a free personalized self-inking stamp via email from iPrint. It was actually enjoyable to go through the process of designing the stamp that I wanted with a few decent designs to select from, including the font and the text. The...

Pros: Easy, quick to use. Cons: None?
I recently ordered free address labels from iPrint. I'd been getting offers in my email forever, and I'm not sure why I waited so long to take advantage of this offer. My experience was so painless, I wish I'd ordered months ago!
It took me...

Pros: Easy to use Cons: none
I first tried iprint.com because of a great offer on a banner page - and I figured like most online businesses it would be a 'get you in the door' offer and I would never use them again.
In June of 1999 I got some return address labels for...

Pros: Great selection of design-your-own personalized items Cons: You will never receive them.
I was shopping for business cards online and I came across iPrint. It seemed reputable, had fair prices, and it had the best selection of fonts and card stock. So, I placed a simple order for 100 cards. Everything went seemingly smoothly and I received a...

Pros: Seemingly handy Cons: Bad customer support, unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes
I've used Iprint before with little problem.
I ordered shirts exactly like shirts I'd ordered 2 months ago. When I received the shirts, they were not the same. They were thinner material and shorter. They did not fit my employees. These shirts...

Pros: actually got the product, not bad quality, though late Cons: bad customer service. Print quality could've been better.
I've ordered business cards online for quite some time now, so I kind of know what to expect. I've had good and bad experiences, but any time i have a bad one you can expect not to see me there again. I tried vistaprint before, no thanks, won't go ...

Throwing money in the trash
by mrsmargo ,Oct 09 '06
Pros: None Cons: Quality is beyond bad - completely unusable. No refunds.
I placed an order with iPrint for memo pads with a one color logo up top. Because of the low prices I wasn't looking for perfection, but they are completely unusable due to the terribly poor quality.
Print jobs go across rollers on the print press to apply the ink. When you see a job from a sub-par printer, sometimes a faint line (left by the rollers) is visible. To my amazement, the color on my memo pads from iPrint was actually striped! A total joke. In addition, the paper was ridiculously thin. I won't be able to use these $45 pads for anything but scrap paper.
When I contacted the company to ask for a refund, it was not granted. They said I viewed the proof online -- what a silly statement, since I had no problem with the placement of my logo, only with everything else (which you can only see on the finished product).
Perhaps if you are just looking for very simple mailing labels, this company could work for you. But everyone else, please heed the warnings on this site!

SUB QUALITY ITEMS -
by paykar2007 ,Sep 04 '07
Pros: cheap price Cons: Cheap product
I ordered two Iprint self inking stamp. The problem with the stamp is that the impression is made out of a silicone like product. It is not crisp and clean. It appears to be made using some kind of mold injection that is then removed and glued to the self inking apparatus. This is definetly not the product with the red/black rubber you would get from Staples or Office Depot. After about 40 uses, that silicone I was talking about began to slip to the side where it eventually just fell off. Even when it was new the letters and numbers were never clear. I ordered 2 of these and both were a problem at first. I now have contacted the company for a replacement. I feel like I am pulling out their teeth as I get stupid computer generated responses.
Anyways, just a warning...if you want to stamp more then 10 times...go to Office Depot or Staples and pay a little more but in the end you will save time and money.

Quality sucks
by boxman001 ,Aug 30 '08
Pros: got back with me via email Cons: not user friendly.
I sent an order in for business cards and I put it in the dpi that was required and it looked very good on my computer, but when I got the thousand cards there was halo all around the lettering. Customers wanted to know what company made the low quality cards. I contacted iprint and sent them samples and they would not make good on it. Of course I was blamed, but I had a professional graphic artist design the card and put it in the resolution they wanted. They were willing to give me 20 percent off another order, but no thanks. It would have been nice if when it was first printed and the stinky quality was evident that they would contact me. Like I said, everything looked right in the parameters.
