    Cons: package did not arrive on time. I had to go pick it up myself

    Cons: Don't expect them to find lost package for you. HOLD "service" is a train wreck.

    Pros: Small packages..normal delivery...great service
    Cons: specialty or priority overnight...laughable. Better off having it shipped on a crop duster.
