I needed to get a signed document to Louisville KY for a March 31, 2006 deadline to be eligible to reconsolidate my student loan. Despite the 5:00 AM pickup time in Columbus (this part was on time), I got 2 separate calls explaining to me that my package was 1st delayed and then lost,but they were doing their best to track it down (by now the business day is over). I should have just thrown 233 dollars bills out my car window. This would have had the same impact on the safe and speedy delivery of my package.
