Pros: I have nothing to say that is good. Cons: Beware that UPS has nocustomer recourse and that would spell dissaster foryou the customer.

Pros: Hmmm, not much. Most of the people I talked with were polite? Cons: They are at best horribly disorganized; at worst they are outright fraudulent.
