Pros: Cheaper than Fedex.
Cons: On time less than 50% of the time.
More expensive than USPS.
Awful customer service.
Summary: We have shipped several documents overnight over the past few years, and UPS overnight (with AM delivery) is by far the worst deal of the lot. IF they even deliver it next day at all--which is rare--it will NOT be there before 2:00 PM.
