Pros: To my knowledge UPS has never smeared goat feces on my packages. Cons: Brokerage fees, lost packages, incompetence, neglect, and ugly, ugly trucks.

Pros: Fast and efficient (but not friendly) service until I handed the money. Cons: Rude/defensive when accused of failing to provide full disclosure of added fees schedule.
