Pros: We have a really nice UPS driver in our neighbourhood. Cons: Cross border they are too expensive - their brokerage fees are excessive.
Summary: I have purchased many items on Ebay.com and I always insist on USPS. UPS is cheap and they pick up so is easier for the seller but the package crosses the border and UPS slaps on a "brokerage charge" of $30 or sometimes $60 !!!I already paid shipping

Pros: They have a phone number and regular business hours Cons: One of the most insensitive companies around.
Summary: I brought items to my local UPS store to get a shipping quote. Mind you, I've lots of experience shipping as an eBay seller and a former store owner, so I'm quite handy with packing and such. The items were all bubble-wrapped and ready to put into a box
