Pros: People at my local store are very nice, however clueless in this area. Cons: Limited or no information available from local UPS stores re customs fees.

Pros: Eventually one of the managers addmited it was UPS error. Cons: UPS needs to hire professional people passionate about their job.

Pros: None. I can't think of a single one. Cons: Late. Poor service. Wrong shipping. Detour shipping.

Pros: Faster, & cheaper shipping IF doing own customs clearing Cons: Either pay huge brokerage fees to UPS or spend some time & traval cost(gas,parking).
