Cons: UPS needs to hire professional people passionate about their job.

Cons: Late. Poor service. Wrong shipping. Detour shipping.

Pros: Faster, & cheaper shipping IF doing own customs clearing
Cons: Either pay huge brokerage fees to UPS or spend some time & traval cost(gas,parking).
