We have 5 of these at a school. My predecessor bought them and warned me they shut down about once per week. I upgraded the firmware on all of them a week ago and I have had 1 shutdown since. I noticed the bottom of the station gets very hot. Unplugging the station, waiting 10 seconds always does the trick.
