Pros: Durable, lightweight Cons: Short battery life, cumbersome & unsupported OS, mono sound, finicky touchscreen
Summary: The E-10 seems to be taking a bit of a beating with other Epinions members, but I seem to have had a little more luck with it. The unit has gone across the country with me and back numerous times over the past three years, and my experience with ... read more

Pros: Good battery life if you use NiMH rechargeable batteries, durable and very well designed, inexpensive. Cons: Occasionally slow, very little RAM, requires frequent touch-panel recalibration if included slip-case is not used.
Summary: After using my Casio E-10 for almost a year with very few problems, all I have to say is that it's a very fun and useful device when you equip it with the right accessories and software. Using the device is fairly easy, but a little slow at times. ... read more

Pros: ummm...let me think...oh yeah it....hmmmm..no... (still thinking) Cons: frequency of recalibration, battery life, system crashes at regular intervals, IR port, synch problems
Summary: Even though I bought the Casio E-10 in April of 1999, I felt I had to write this review now, to prevent some poor soul who wanted a cheap PDA. When I purchased my first PDA I wanted one that would (obviously) synch with my computer, and that I could ... read more

Pros: Very Portable Cons: Not easy to upgrade
Summary: I purchased the unit for the good price it was being sold at. Few PDA's had the large screen w/hinged sides to make it very portable. Lack of Windows CE software out there limits what you can really do with it.What really killed this unit was the lack of ... read more

Pros: easy to move files to the desktop, backlight Cons: low memory, slow
Summary: I have a A-10 and a MobilePro 400. I like them both.
The A-10 has a backlight which I miss on the MobilePro 400.
The MobilePro 400 has more memory.
If you can only afford the low end machine, I recommend the Casio. ... read more

Pros: CE OS Cons: Weak Display
Summary: I've bought the Cassiopeia one and a half year ago. It worked fine for the first six month. Since this point of time I have much trouble with the display. It has to be recalibrated almost on every use and sometimes it doesn't work at all.

Pros: easy to use Windows like setup Cons: Hard to read screen, quick battery drain with use of backlight, color screened ones aren't that must more expensive.
Summary: I bought the Cassiopeia E10 after comparing several models with similar functions. I primarily bought it to replace my electronic organizer, mainly planning on using the calendar, alarms, and address book and liked the idea that I could synchronize it ... read more

Pros: Windows CE, Clear Display, Organizational Tool Cons: Bit bulky
Summary: While you may not be a big fan of supporting Microsoft in it's quest for software domination, clearly Windows CE is the OS of choice for the 90% of the world using Windows 9x. The Cassiopeia caught my attention because of it's stellar handwriting ... read more

Pros: It'll work, I guess Cons: Windows CE
Summary: Do not buy the Cassiopeia. You can stop reading the review now. Not only is it bulkier, harder to use, and more expensive than a palm or handspring, it also will have obsolete software soon. As far as the tech community is concerned, Windows CE is ... read more

Pros: Windows CE Compatibility Cons: Unexplained Screen Failure
Summary: The Cassiopeia E-10 was my first PDA and converted me immediately into a PDA zealot. Unfortunately, after 3 months of very cautious use, I woke up one morning to find out that the LCD screen had split diagonally from corner to corner. Being a ... read more
