This is an excellent PDA for beginners and intermediate users. For an advance or professional (business) user, it should have at least 16MB and for a user who will always be outside his office, there should be a switch to convert the screen to a monochrome for excellent visibility on a bright sunny day. I use my PDA mostly for communications,i.e., with Visor Phone that made my telephone numbers very organized and the history of calls incoming and outgoing are excellent.

I have used multiple palms and found the visor to be more user friendly, and the USB port makes transferring information from my desk tops seemless.

If you're looking for a great PDA, look no further than the Visor Prism. I've searched around and found this one to be a great deal and very user friendly. Very easy to use.I didn't need to read the manual at all. Great colors. Never locks up. Quick! Plenty of downloads. Synch is a snap! Don't get me wrong; there are many other wonderful PDA's out there, but Handspring, with their Springboard attachments, beats them hands down. They have so many to choose from and the software, all which is compatible with Palm, you simply can't go wrong. Other than it being a little big, I think it's one of the best out there.

Have used several PDA's and found this one to be the easiest, lightest, and most organized. It is the only one I've tried that didn't have a lock-up during heavy use. Great set-up for the least amount of aggrevation. The only thing The little docking port is not that sturdy, and I feel a bad design as there is nothing that may prevent such an accident other than the shape of the screen protector. I now mark mine.

Not happy. Graphics are failing and I have to turn it off and reset it in order for it to work. Batteries are not replaceable by user....you have to send it in to the shop...very expensive. Additionally, my touch screen does not respond properly....this is my second unit with this problem. I would not buy another.
