Pros: so easy to use Cons: none, really...
My husband bought me the PalmIII for a present. I love it. I have to say it is one of the easiest organizers I have had. It is very self explaining and easy to use. I love the mobility and the ease of access.
The only problem I had was...

Pros: Ease of use. Color screen is great. Availability of software. Versatility. Cons: Screen is horrible in sunlight. OEM software stinks.
Let me start off by saying that I didn't personally purchase this...It was provided to me by the company I started working for in June. That said, I don't really have a cost/benefit or financial approach to this review.
As far as the screen is...

Pros: Bright Color Display and view the days meetings and tasks on a single screen. Cons: None
When the first Microsoft Windows CE- based palm -size PDA's with color displays hit the market in mid-1999, The Palm dismissed color screens for their expense, power requirements and some lack of use demand.Palm IIC works well, but i don't seem to find...

Pros: Palm! It works, simple interface Cons: stylus works spotty, smudges fast
The Palm IIIc Color handheld device is a pretty neat piece of equipment. I have had to order several for my executive staff. The reason we went with the IIIc was twofold: First, because the Vx model was backordered through our supplier (and the IIIc...

Pros: Color screen, Palm OS with many many third party software apps, perfectly bulky. Cons: Screen not too bright in daylight, screen only 8-bit, speaker (or lack of)
The Palm IIIc was my first venture into the PDA world. I admit, without much research, I took the plunge and went with the Palm brand since it seemed like that was all I heard about (for non-tech people like me). Also, I could never imagine why anyone...

Pros: Cheap & Cheerful Cons: Can't wap or web browse
I've had a Palm III for a couple of years now and love it like a brother! It has done everything you could expect from a handheld - stored my phone numbers, appointments, emails & other jottings.
I was pleasantly suprised at the amount of...

Pros: Color, solid PALM OS Cons: hard to see in sunlight, small memory size only 4mb
I actually bought this PDA a year ago but then upgraded to an Ipaq 3600 series and then downgraded to it again :-)
The main reason i downgraded back to this PDA was the fact that i have so many programs for it and they are very productive....

Pros: Color organizer that will do anything most desktops do today. Cons: Expensive, Software required for most useful options
I have had my IIIc for a while now and have learn why everyone is getting these for work. I always had a notion that PDA's were expensive Gameboys for most people. Well, I have to say that I have proven myself wrong.
The basic software...

Pros: Easy to learn and use, good brain book Cons: Skimpy on the color and memory
I bought this palm pilot for a number of reasons. First I'm in the Military as are most of my friends. If I had a dime for every time I had to either erase, mark through or around somebody’s address in my little black book I'd be a rich man. Plus the...

Pros: Cheap, durable, free software (Avant Go) Cons: Screen resolution is poor, model no longer available
I bought my Palm III over a year and a half ago, back when they were charging a lot more for this sucker. I still have it, and I love it to death.
The Palm III is not as pretty as the others, but who cares? It is durable, slim, and doesnt...

Pros: Easy to use, tons of software, brilliant Cons: Pricey
Not to appear arrogant, but when I read a few of the other reviews I have to wonder how many "get it" when it comes to the what's valuable about a PDA and whether they're users or just toying around with this thing...
Here's the real...

Pros: Easy to use, Shares data with PC, Small Cons: Very breakable, Rom not upgradable
I never owned a Palm before. I had always thought it was just an expensive daytimer. When a friend of mine got one, I had a chance to examine it more closely. If you buy the add on modem, it can check e-mail and surf the internet. I had to buy one....

Pros: lots of different organizer functions. easy to use. Cons: none.
I recently purchased a Palm III organizer on ebay. I had been using one of those 64 k Sharp organizers previously to store all my address and appointment information.

Pros: Easy to Read Display, Rechargeable Lithium Battery, Many Applications Available on Web Cons: Slow Serial Hotsync Connection, Bulkier than the Palm V's
Stealing the title from Eric Clapton's song, the Palm IIIc puts color into the palm of your hand and you will wonder how you ever used a grayscale PDA. The unit is basically a Palm IIIxe with color and internal rechargeable batteries. The IIIc has 8megs...

Pros: Simple to use, decent screen Cons: Slow processor, low resolution screen
This would have been great years ago, but not it's not enough. When simple was the name, Palm was the game. But now people are wanting more and Palm has not yet stepped up to the plate with something tangible. I have been a hardcore Palm user for a...
