Pros: Great support, low price. Cons: Not as powerful as other Palms
Palm III
I have owned my Palm III for about a year now, and have found that it has helped me in all aspects or organization. I doodled around with some of those old school Palms (the "Pilots"), and the OS on the newest one is far...

Pros: A solid performer, expandable memory, the current standard for most Palm OS software, currently well under $200 Cons: Older design, requires two new AAA batteries every two months or so, newer Palm OS not applicable
I've been using my Palm III for about a year now, and I really want to want a Palm V or a Palm VII (the only justification I typically need to buy a new gadget is, "Because it's there!").
But I just can't do it. I still love my Palm...

Pros: long battery life, incredible screen, small size, powerful IR, lithium recharable battery Cons: hard to read screen outside in sunny weather
Expectations were high for this device, some may say too high.
I firmly believe the IIIc unit is the best colour PDA on the market
and also the most underrated.
I just recently sold my Palm V and you would not wrestle this puppy ...

Pros: Cheap, great operating system, very useful Cons: lacks one important thing and one kind of important thing.
I have owned my palm pilot, palm pro for at least half a year and the only time I regret having it is when I forget I have it. If checked regularly a PDA of any kind is very useful but its remembering to check it so you can remember what you forgot...

Pros: excellent product for the value Cons: password protected burden
I have had my Palm III for 10 month already and I cannot belive there was any other way to stay organized before! The memory it has has to be elastic since I have not deleted any of the information I entered since the first day I have it. I have more...

Pros: Hold one, you'll get it. Cons: Case could be more resistant - but there are plenty of protectors out there.
I won't evangelize and say the Palm III changed my life - it didn't. But it did make it more interesting and it did reveal the potential of computing I've been waiting for since I bought my first one - an Apple II+ back in the 1980s. I've always been a...

Pros: Palm III delivers the PDA promise at a low price. Cons: LCD screen hard to read in some light. Does not off wireless connectivity.
The Palm III, one of the earlier Palm Pilots, remains a good value even as faster, slicker, and more capable Palms arrive.
I have had my Palm III for almost a year. I use the Calendar, Address Book, and To Do List every day. I have purchased...

Pros: Cheep, reliable, gets the job done Cons: no color, doesnt interface with windows
The incredibly low price tag on this personal organizer makes it something you cant afford NOT to have. Although many companies have sprung up to challenge the Palm line of organizers, nothing comes close to the original. I recently saw a Cassiopeia in...

Pros: very easy to use, easy to carry around Cons: took some time to learn graffiti writing
I have had my Palm Pilot 3 for almost a year now. I got it to keep track of my busy life. I have been a Franklin Planner user for 7 years but I couldn't take it everywhere.
I have 3 kids, 2 jobs, a husband and countless tasks and...

Pros: Reliability, Durability Cons: The Amount I paid
The Palm III is a reliable and fun way to compute while on the go. I can schedule everything I need on this little thing with no problem what so ever. This little gadget can also have added applications even after you purchase it. It makes a great...

Pros: tiny, sturdy, very powerful Cons: none
I've been a Palm user for over two years now. I started with the Palm Pilot Pro, and have since upgraded to the Palm III. Normally, being the impulsive gadget-loving idiot that I am, I would have upgraded to the Palm 5, if not 7 by now. But the bottom...

Pros: Usability, Applications, Design Cons: Memory
I moved up to the Palm III after having the Palm. I found the unit to be sturdy and durable. I carry the Palm with me 90% of the time since it contains both personal and business data. I was immediately impressed by the screen and sharper graphics....

Pros: Cheap and powerful enough. Excellent for beginners Cons: May need more power. Visor offers better deal.
I got my Palm IIIe Second edition at school store and continue to explore its capability and become amazed by its power and potential. I bought this instead of buying a calculator and paper organizer. But as I explore this little machine, I found it is...
