Everything about this thing is slow and unstable.
You have to consistently reset the box by unplugging it or reinstalling the software. I'm using a high end $5000 machine from Gateway that hates it! Forget any kind of support pinnacle claims to have. They ignore customer comments and questions in their forums, they don't answer e-mail and if and when they release drivers, patches etc. it's so after the fact you're looking for a new capture device like me. STAY CLEAR!

I tried this product on a 1.3GHZ system with 256 RAM and graphics card and it works for a few minutes and then will freeze. Claims in the Pinnacle website ask you to remove certain software to get it to work. I now tried it on a new computer (2.8 GHZ more RAM and improved graphics memory) and it STILL will not work. It will freeze up after 5 minutes. Poor service, poor product and poor support. This is the very first negative review I have ever posted and I feel bad about it but for those of you who are researching this product, do not buy it.
