Pros: easy, free trial
Cons: speed, accessability, too much porn
then I used another ISP. I thought everything took forever to load, and it's normal to get booted off for no reason. The only noise more annoying than AOL's "goodbye" is "goodbye goodbye" (it plays it twice as it kicks you off)...

Cons: You can't cancel before trial is over. They won't follow up on billing inquiries/complaints.

Pros: User friendly and idiot proof!
Cons: The service is too slow and kicks you off too much!
I have been using AOL for about 7 years, mainly because of it's user friendliness. Everything you need is right in front of you! You don't have to try a million different web addresses to find what you are looking for. (But it is TOO SLOW!!!)

Pros: Easy to start up with, good for beginners.
Cons: This system is being run by a spastic clown who needs some new direction, rules and less frequent upgrades.
