Pros: Average speed and connection. Cons: Outrageously expensive. Absolutely incompetent tech support, mostly from India. Poor customer service.
Summary: I've been an Earthlink customer since 1998. Since that time, Earthlink has raised their fee structure, adding "Home Networking" as a separate cost (for what??) all the while reducing their tech support to babbling idiots! Each time I need tech support, I ... read more

Pros: Good customer service, if ultimately unhelpful. Free 20 hours per month of dial-up. Cons: Constant disconnections; slow page downloads.

Pros: I cannot say anything positive about my experience with Earthlink. Offshore support and service Cons: Poor Technical Support. Not knowledgeable. Obviously going through prewritten steps.
Terrible customer service. .
Summary: I just got off the phone with Earthlink "Customer Service". I put customer service in quotes because it is customer service in name only. The reason I called was to cancel dial-up service that had never worked properly to begin with. When I called ... read more
