Pros:
When it works it works. You get more email addresses than you could possibly use.
Cons: Horrible customer service.
Billing issues are impossible to fix

Pros: This company has no pros that I can think of.
Cons: Internet constantly out. Long waits for technical assistance.RIDICULOUS trouble shooting - turn modem off, etc.

Cons: Once I needed help, forget it.

Pros: They answer the phone. When it works, it works well.
Cons: Poor indian technical support, no status on problem resolution, more expensive than most.

Pros: In direct comparison to any competing service, none.
Cons: Incompetent, incomprehensible technical support. Hostile to customer-requested changes to service. Nightmare with phone number ports.

Cons: Untrained, unhelpful tech support with poor customer service, handling of YahooGroup posts and DNS redirecting

Pros: Lots of time for new hobbies while letting the computer repeatedly try to connect.
Cons: Frequent disconnects, lag, tech "support" and customer service are hard to understand and completely unhelpful.

Cons: Misrepresenting plans, not honoring free trials, HIGH monthly service charges, poor customer service, disconnects.
