Pros: 60 days free, Free software including IE 5.0, Outlook Express, and more Cons: For AOL users it will take a couple of days to learn how to use "real" internet software but after you do you will say to yourself "WOW I COULD HAVE HAD A V-8!"
First, a little background. I have been using the internet for work, research, and entertainment for over 10 years. I am in construction management ( with a need to flawlessly transfer complicated files online )and my wife is a web designer working from...

I've been using this service for 3 years and It's been great. Customer service is easily accessable. I've never gotten a busy signal. The price is reasonable and compares to industry standard. I am able to access my email via web site, so when I'm not...

Pros: excellent service, including tech support Cons: None that I'm aware of
I loved Mindspring, and had it for over a year. Then, when I stopped using my computer for a while, I dropped them for a free ISP.
Then, I thought I would at least *try* something new, I signed up for Earthlink. I have to say they were both...

Pros: Almost no down time or busy signals, great features, easy to set up Cons: A normal price - $19.95/month
I have been using Sprynet for at least two years now (after I left AOL), and I have been most happy. There's great tech support, a smart (gosh!) billing department, and great features to this service.
It is important to note that I have never...

Pros: Very fast! Cons: Costs money. LOL but doesn't everything?
I would like to start off by saying that I have tried many ISP's in the last year. Everything from free, to free trial, to paying monthly. Mindspring is the best one yet. It really is a no brainer. I found it very easy to use.
The set up was very...

Pros: Much faster connection speeds. Cons: Problem accessing one site.
Ever since I have needed to get on the internet I have used America On Line. The connection isn't so bad, except during peak times when "lag" is at its greatest. On my personal computer at home I now connect through mindspring if I need to...

Pros: Great access speed Cons: None (for me)
Mindspring is Great. I had AOL and there was so much junk on there, I couldn't do what I wanted. I really like Netscape Navigator, and I couldn't figure out how to use that browser while on AOL. Now all I have to do is click on Mindspring and I get to...

Pros: speed, free month, other incetives Cons: none
I used to use a local provider believing that it is better to use someone that I can go in and yell at face to face if there is a screw up. But with these guys I don't worry about messups.
You get the first month free and you can get even...

Pros: ease of use, Tech and Sales Suport, connectability Cons: wait time for tech service during peak hours
I wish to put in a few good words for Mindspring. I currently have three ISP's, the other two are lesser known, less expensive or free. I keep more than one just in case, but due to the exemplary service by Mindspring I haven't found it necessary to...
