Pros: Cheap, very reliable, pretty "fast", tech help is good. Cons: None that I can think of.
I've been using Sprint for about a year now, and it's the best service I've ever used. We signed up and we connected within minutes. I have a 28.8k modem and it goes faster than it did on my old service.
