Pros: Great customer service. Cons: Connections about as good as cell phones in the '80s.

Pros: Wireless, wap enabled, email access and web browsing from your Vx. Cons: Slow transfer and spotty coverage.
Summary: I've been a beta user for Omnisky when they were rolling out the service for the Palm Pilot Vx back in Nov 99 - April 2000. I have rolled over into their current service and I can comfortably state I am MUCH happier now than I was during beta.
