Pros: The DSL service has been flawless. Cons: Installation was a joke, customer support is awful.
Summary: When I placed the order for DSL, I was told the modem would be free and that I didn't need to have anyone on site who knew how to set up the computers -- the installer would do everything and have all software working correctly before he left.
