Pros: No pros - completely terrible service. Cons: Overbilled, no answers at "customer service," can't get it cancelled.

Pros: Subscribe to RCN if you advocate monopoly.Sales guys respond within seconds when making sales. Cons: Overpriced service, dismal customer service,

Pros: Decent phone, TV, internet. Great local office. Cons: National office apparently run by the Bush administration. Increasingly unreliable and expensive. Rude, unhelpful.

Pros: Better channel and per-per-view lineup than many competitors. Internet and television are clear. Cons: Abysmal customer service, long waits on the phone, billing mistakes that take months to correct.
