Cons: Intermittent service; long help-desk on-hold times; no responses from homepage online support e-bot

Pros: Very good feature-set, static IP address, good speeds, simple hardware, no contract.
Cons: Tech support is more of a hassle than it should be. Billing is inconsistent.
