This review was written when 1stUp was still active. Since December 10, 2000, 1stUp is no longer providing free Internet access. Now, Yellowstone uses StartFree, which is a similar service.

I have used Yellowstone.net as my isp for about 5 years now. They are very reliable, I rarely have any problems with them, but if I ever have had to call tech support, they are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people. Yellowstone.net is one of the cheapest isp's around, but don't let that fool you, they are A-1 in service.
