Pros: A nicer look to the start bar
Cons: not much else, ever fading Microsoft support for this OS.
Windows ME... okay, let's get it straight, this should really be called Windows 98 Third Edition.

Pros: Nice interface and features, good registry backup idea with snapshot

Pros: Plug & Play works well, lots of user interface enhancements.
