Pros: Made A few friends and partied quite a bit!
Cons: realizing half way through the process that the majority of the friends I made were not going to be close friends.
Summary: In my own experience this chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma tarnished the classy+Party = Fun, Friends notion I had about sororities before pledging. I wanted to get a jump-start on my friendships at UMD, so I thought, "What better way than to join a ... read more

Pros: You get your own room, it's quiet, no DC food!
Cons: Small kitchen, you hear the cheering from the ball games, you have to actually walk in the snow to get to class (gotta love the all inside campus up here).
Summary: Home-The place you go to study, eat, sleep, and generally relax. My home away from home is in the Stadium Apartments on the University of Minnesota-Duluth campus.
