This guy obviously hasn't used this detector enough! I speed tremendously (commuter) i do 90mph in 55mph zones. No BS! I've NEVER EVER gotten a ticket with this 1675 COMPASS. I trust this with my life! NO i dont work for WHISTLER. I've picked up radar from 1.75 miles away, laser from 1 mile away. false alarms are MINIMAL! i bought a whistler 1788 wireless, and it's crap! its nice looking, but too many false alarms! escort 8500 x50 is great, havent used it, friend has it, it is nice he says and works also, but its 300 bucks. this one is about 70 when it came out 6-7 years ago. now its discontinued and hard to find. THIS IS A GREAT RADAR TRUST ME!!!!!! that's why im on here 1130pm at night making this review, this is agood radar detector DO NOT GET ME WRONG!
