Personalized radio broadcast

by Nomad_Scry , Feb 06 '02
Pros: Holds a lot of CDs, sounds really nice
Cons: CD Memo system cumbersome
Some time ago I decided that I needed a new CD player, since mine only worked if I held it at an angle... and even then it was very ticky about which CDs it would allow me to play. At that point in time, I had just over 100 CDs so I decided that I...

Not all CD players are created equal...

by za9ra22 , Mar 04 '01
Pros: Great sound, easy to use, easy and quick access to 200 discs
Cons: laborious entry of disc titles, not easy to unload discs for use elsewhere
My old CD player was a 5-disc changer, another Sony product. It sounded a little bright and harsh on some music, particularly at higher volumes, but that's not uncommon with CDs and it went pretty well with the rest of my system so I was quite happy with...

Budget CD Changer

by theinnergeek , Oct 10 '01
Pros: Inexpensive; does what you want it to do simply and easily.
Cons: Not terribly solid construction; you'll hit your 200-CD limit!
Background
Like many CD enthusiasts, I finally got tired of having to search through my collection and open up a jewel box and load a disc to hear my music -- I wanted a jukebox-style changer. I also wanted to do it cheaply as I was saving...

TURN UP.....THE RAAADIO!

by Vikesfan80 , Mar 26 '01
Pros: Convenience of storing 200 CD's; excellent sound; value for money
Cons: difficult to enter artist titles; cumbersome size; sometimes jams CD's in back of player
I bought the Sony CX-235 about a year ago, and I must say, I am very happy with the decision. The over-all performance of the player is outstanding. The simple fact that you can store a boat-load of titles is reason enough to own the player, but the...

Great Sony 200 Disc CD Changer with one setback.

by edtvntenn , Jun 16 '05
Pros: Great sound, great features..especially grouping, titling, and deleting unwanted songs.
Cons: Expect this unit to to have laser reading problems after about 2 1/2 years.
After reading the other six reviews on this player, I have decided that it would be the most beneficial to the prospective reader to comment on some of the points already made, that I either disagree or disagree with. I have had my SONY for almost three ...

Sony 200 cd player

by stlrydn , Jul 30 '01
Pros: Having access to 200 cds.
Cons: You have to look up where a cd is to take it out.
I absolutely love my cd player. The best feature that I like about it is that I can put 200 cd's in there. I don't have to worry about loading a cd, and ever taking them in and out again. It especially saved shelf space. I immediately got rid of my...

Nice player

by elmasian , Dec 09 '00
Pros: Price, ease of use, storage capacity
Cons: size
I purchased this product after my old (4+ years) CD player bit the dust. I didn’t intend to purchase a 200 CD capacity player but after comparing prices and features I couldn’t pass up the bargain. I really enjoy its "jukebox" style of...

Awesome product

by gizoto316 , Mar 28 '02
Pros: Excellent sound quality, holds a lot of CDs, being able to group CDs together.
Cons: None
I picked this CD player up about 4 months ago and I have to say I am very pleased. I have it hooked up to my home theater system through the optical connection and the sound quality is better than any other CD player I have owned or heard. It hold 200...
