Pros: Easy to use Cons: The cordless phones are terribly fragile, and will break every 2 weeks.
These telephones should be removed from all retail shelves.
Panasonic's "National Customer Service Center" should be fired.
I have never, ever, had problems like I had with these phones - my cellphone has better reception and is more...

Pros: Easy to install yourself, Voice mail, Caller ID, inexpensive Cons: OEM Keypad is flawed
This system would have a 5 star rating if it was not for the two major problems. The original OEM keypad was designed with contacts too small for the circuit board. Keypad failure is guaranteed and the average life is about 8-16 months. There ...

Good System- 1 Key fix
by elizabeth074 ,Jul 08 '08
Pros: 4 Lines, cordless, answering machine, paging feature, caller ID. Cons: 1 keys on extensions will need repair every 8-20 months.
These phones are good if you want a 4-line cordless system. The #1 keys on the cordless extensions break, but there is an easy $5 (including shipping) fix on Ebay. I bought the fix, about 15 minutes to install it, and all the handsets where back on the road!
Otherwise this is a good, dependable, working system, and we are using the phones in a very harsh environment with lots of dust.

The number 1 keys bad on all our remote phones
by ranger11 ,Apr 06 '06
Pros: Remote phones are nice Cons: Number keys that don't work basically makes the phone inoperable.
The number 1 key hardly ever works on any of our remote phones. You have to repeatedly press it which is so irritating! I hope I never, ever have to dial 911. All other functions have been ok with this phone, but I would not recommend you purchase this system unless you verify that they have taken care of this problem. It's so bad at this point that I am checking into a new system all together.

Good system, could be more durable
by betslinc ,Sep 05 '04
Pros: Ease of use
Sound quality Cons: As mentioned, needed to replace some components fairly quickly
I've used this system in my medical office for three years and am very happy with it. The handsets only seem to last 1-3 years, and we've had problems with the 1 key breaking on two sets. Also, the main phone system broke after about one year. Even so, the price is so much lower than having a system installed, and the sound quality on the phones is great. Keep in mind that if you are planning on having wireless connections with your computers, the signals from the phone system can interfere.

Does the job.
by fidelis55119 ,Jun 16 '04
Pros: Easy to use. Reliable. A fraction of the cost of a professionally installed system. Cons: Answering machine, main unit handpiece volume.
I have had this system, with 2 cordless, for approximately 1 1/2 years at our dental office. Unlike the previous purchasers opinion, I have found the system does a very good job and I have had no mechanical problems. Two complaints I do have relate to the main phone, 1. you can only setup the recording (answer) on the voicemail through the speaker phone which makes for a very low quality recording that your customers/patients listen to, 2. The microphone on the handpiece of the main unit does not pick up well and it is difficult for the customer/patient to hear the receptionists voice.
