Pros: sound was good on my end. big buttons
Cons: muffled,screen had lines on it. didnt read called ID right
sound was good on my end but not the other end. people complained i was "muffled". screen had lines on it and became illegible w/in a month. it also didnt read called ID right do not recomend this phone!

Pros: Great sound, big button, caller ID.
Cons: Display should be tilted instead of flat and readout should be larger.
I wanted a caller ID, big button corded phone with good sound. This unit meets all those specs. Great sound reported by callers on the line and no feedback in your ear.

I would have liked the display larger and tilted instead of flat.
