Pros: nice and small but not too small. Crystal clear optics. Durability is awesome!
    Cons: none.

Summary: I have used these binoculars for about a year. They live on my boat which saw 80 plus hours of use last summer and did great. Optics are crystal clear... bright and detailed.... I have dropped em, kicked em, on accident, and got them really wet and ... read more

    Pros: clarity, magnification, size, weight
Cons: straps, eye cups, focusing wheel

Summary: I was visiting New York City last November and was walking by one of those Photo type shops on Ave. of the Americas and purchase this binocular off the cuff. I had no idea what they normally cost nor did I know how good they were. The man brought out (3) ... read more

Cons: could be a little more compact

Summary: My object of appetency was a compact 8x2X bino for coincident birding, wherever I was, fitting in my pocket, briefcase, glove compartment... PENTAX previously disappointed me with their 10x50 PCFIII bino in comparison with my good old ZEISS (DOCTER) ... read more

Pros: Rugged, great optics, fit and finish
    Cons: eye relief, light gathering

Summary: I tend to have binoculars or a monocular nearby most of the time. I enjoy spotting wildlife and birds, and you never know when that next close encounter might happen. Having some 'nocs on hand will get you closer to the action. That said, no one ... read more

Pros: Light, small, & a good compromise of strength, field and price.
Cons: No binocular is good for all applications

Summary: ...but I don't need to read the labels! Oops! I forgot myself for a minute there. What if my wife reads this? Bird watching, yeah, that's the ticket. Bird watching. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Think she'll believe I'm ... read more
