Pros: Usability Cons: only 12 pictures when using high quality
This camera was given to me for my birthday and it really is a great camera. The price is really reasonable and the quality of the picture in 640 x 480 is really great. One great thing about this camera is the usability. A dummy can still take good...

Pros: Clean and clear pics w/ good options Cons: No zoom feature
We bought the Polaroid PDC640 because it was affordable but had good features. I LOVE this camera and take it almost everywhere! It comes with a handy pouch to keep it clean, which is nice and practical.

Pros: Easy to use Cons: Impossible to hook up to a computer
We bought the Polaroid Photo Max PDC-640 for Christmas last year. It took us until August to get the camera hooked up to our computer. I called Tech Support on several occasions and they were not much help.
We ended up having to buy the...

Pros: Easy to use, Idiot Proof, and a great deal! Cons: Close ups get a little blurry.
This is how it should be! You put down $200 bucks on the counter and you get the camera with the leads and memory card and the software to put the pics on your computer and you also get a case and a strap for the camera. Now if I was paying for a regular...

Pros: Inexpensive, userfriendly software, comes with good software for categorizing pics. Cons: not compatible w/ WindowsNT, takes forever to warm up between snapshots, eats batteries, no zoom
"Awesome," I thought. My small town Wal-mart does sell a digital camera.
Reasons that fooled me into buying:
1.inexpensive
2.comes w/ a 4 MB memory card that can store up to 330 pics!
3.comes w/ 4 AA batteries

Pros: Very Durable, Best for Simple Home use. Comes with everything you need Cons: Battery Drainer extreme, LCD wont work all the time.
I bought it at wal-mart and was hoping to take some really good pics with it. One thing that sorta peeved me a little was when you want to take a pic and press the button, there is a 1-2 second delay. It may not seem like a lot but i take some sports...

Pros: Easy to use, cheap, decent display Cons: Limited options, flimsy battery door, eats batteries
The Polaroid PDC 640 is a decent, entry-level digital camera that is extremely easy to use, but has many pitfalls for the consumer.
First, the positive aspects of the camera. Thinking this would be a great way to document the growth of our new...

Pros: Cheap, easy picture transfer Cons: No zoom, no autofocus, floppy adapter doesn't work with Mac or Windows NT
Like many others, I bought this camera as a low cost way to start taking digital pictures ($299 during summer of 1999). I also really liked the picture transfer method: the files are stored on a small card that can be inserted into a floppy adapter and...

Pros: easy to operate Cons: not too high image quality
Great camera. I've had it for ages and its been really faithful! The screen got messed up really fast but I can live with that! Easy point-and-click action, pretty ok quality. I've been getting a BIT tired of it recently as I want higher quality images...
